Hey people. Weird question i just thorght to myself. Which muscles are used most or/and most important for trials. Example. Which muscles would you use most for a gap. (i mean like would you need leg muscles to slam the pedals for distance or upper body strength to throw the bike for distance) Weird question i know lol. Cheers.

Got mine streight out of the box and it makes horrible crunching sounds when ever its going round and its brand new. Not complaining though its a beast of a chain.

Right got an eno off the forum and whacked it all on and its skipping really badly! Took the lockring off and cleaned it all up and found one of the pawls was destroyed so thats was taken out. Put it all back on and its still skipping. Its when i start pedaling and put a tiny bit of pressure on it it just skips onto the next engagement. Any advice please

They dont skip if you keep the lockring tight. Thats the only thing bad about them as they sed you wont need to keep tightening the lockring as its againts the bashring. But it always comes loose just keep tightening and there imnt!

Try bedding them in mate. Are you running a booster? Mine are loud somtimes and somtimes not lol.
