Cheers for all the help you guys its out now but i tryed a diffrent method its the best way i think. Right get a table vice (a vice fixed to a table lol) clamp the bolt head in as tight as possable then use the frame as leaverage and spin the frame around which was very affective. I put a post up like this the about 2 months ago mate i borght some put it on let it set and found out its absolute crap pads just stuck on the rim and would not let go really annoyed me its just sitting in my room now not being used.
Hey guys a few weeks back i had my mounts helicoiled everything was fine bolts were slightly stiff but was ok then today i was trying to remove one of the bolts for the 4-bolt mounts then it started to click and get really tight then it became impossable to unscrew and there was some sort of powder coming out of the inside of the bolt and then the bolt head rounded. Have any of you guys got any suggestions on how to remove the bolt or has anybody had this problem before. Thankyou.
Really like the look of them frames i did want one really badly at one point. Looks mint i saw some older pics of it youve done well to keep it so long without a crack.
Wow im sure that this post has helped him decide on what freehwheel to buy. And Grant H why bother posting that do you think you will get validated by pointing out that he made a few spelling mistakes. On topic try getting a tensile or a monty freewheel very good and very cheap.
Im also really considering getting one but im worried about not being able to gap the same distance as i can at the moment because i have a long bike (zona zip) But yeah i think they are really good for the money and they look amazing.
Ryan stop worring about the cranks why are they going to snap for they have got the bolts in whats the problem. Whos ridding norwich tomorow anyone lol.
