Yeah, but bloody hell. Over reaction. I'd say the comment is slightly more than 'constructive' critism, but surely you could just take that on the chin G? After all, the majority of the forum do nothing but back your riding ability and style, and welcomed you to come and ride when you visited.
  2. No you're not don't worry. Healthy debate never hurt did it I get what you mean. At one point I had a limey, an ice and as a spare a 2003 echo team with a modern spec. The low bb on that was so fun for bunny hops and general messing about, but that was about as far as it could stretch. But I would always turn to the limey or ice for a decent days riding, and to keep up with my ability. I suppose it all depends on what you enjoy doing, if manuals and smaller moves are your thing, a low bb mod is the way to go. Anyway, I'll shut up now and get back on topic. I love this frame.
  3. They're not all the same. And as jake mentioned, +55 back in 06 was high. I'm not trying to be argumentative here haha. Also, how can you make a statement that 55 is a better height? For what exactly? I personally love a high bb short mod.
  4. What year and model we talking about?
  5. Not trying to be difficult here. But gu mods have always been high bb. Except possibly the 06
  6. Gu have always made high bb frames for the time.

  13. I ran cousts on the front of my urbans, pretty doosh brake.
  14. You're all laying in to Dave. Yet all he's done is mention that there is nothing special about Pavel's brake, he just commits like a man trying to see his botty hole.
  15. I've always had Giro's myself. Owned a couple of the old e2's, a hex and currently have a zen. Although never given any of them a good clout i'm sure they could take it.
  16. No no, a drilled out coin either side acting as washers/spacers on the axle.
  17. Turns out it does have a cracked chainstay... a drilled 2p either side of the axle as washers seems to have sorted it though.
  18. Never had a better brake then heatsink yellows on a smooth rim.
  19. I now want a hex so much. Flowy and big, super smooth. Keep it up favourite vid of 2012 for me.
  20. It was just a laugh never intended for it be seen Jonny
