I think my next upgrade will be an isis bb and some decent cranks. My onza bottom bracket creeks loads and ticks all the time, rarely skips though but the noise it makes is horrible.
I wouldn't class it as an arguement. I am glad that Kris has said his piece because it has helped me greatly (thanks Kris). And its ok if you do keep the frame as you have been so kind as to give it away, just keep me posted mate.
When you get the hang of gapping you need to kick out your rear wheel sideways in the air to get more distance, it works well for me, I wouldn't fancy it off a drop gap though.
I rode Bude once when I was on holiday. About a 15 minute drive up from you is an amazing motorbike trials center which also allows cycle trials. They have some excellent stuff to ride: concrete tubes, loads of rocks, drops and pallets. Unfortunately I can't quite remember the name of the place as it is only a farm... (I know it begins with w) and is situated on the big curve in land above bude (right on the corner). Also I found that bude skate park is reasonably good for riding but I suppose it all depends what level you are at. I hope I have helped, I will try to get the name and number of the center for you.
well what should I do... Theres nothing wrong with trying to organise Brighton rides... And I know alot of my posts are short and often poor but I'm happy with alot of my topics.
I obviously am interested. Well it takes more than 5 posts to get validated mate, but yes I agree, I have made some fine topics. Oh and I ride a t-pro but I want to make a second bike and get rid of the t-pro.
yes xtp's are very light but out of your price range, unless you find one second-hand, but as inur says, you really shouldn't worry about weight too much, maybe go for an echo team or a python for street or a monty 221 pr for natty...
In one endo drop bail I tore 2 ligiments and also 2 muscles in my right knee, that was in october 2005 and I still cant do PE at school because I have bits of cartilige floating about in my knee cap, I'm waiting for key-hole surgery and have been for over a year. The NHS is awfull.
