East London has a huge trials scene with loads of mod riders, but if you want a real ride either get to leeds or head down south to Brighton!

Reet, me and nigel have been having a bit of a heated debate about music for trials videos, I personally much prefer soft tunes like modest mouse but nigel likes grunger he thinks that limp biscuit is the tits! poor chap, someone help set him straight before he goes goth on me!

how the hell do I get off my front freewheel, it may aswell be welded on! its a standard bottom bracket mount.
