I was going to reccomend that BenQ one. It's the best compromise IMO. The monitors under £150 don't seem to be anywhere near the quality of the BenQ. (And not £20 away either, the difference should be more like £50 IMO).

There are load of ways of tensioning with no hanger, I used to use one mounted on the hub bolt. (Came on a bike I bought from Tarty Adam). There's also the 74kingz style tensioner, or you could make a spoke tensioner.

Wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows. It's the only way I've managed to get rid of the viruses and repair the damage they've done in the past.

If you simply unplug the SATA hard drive, then stick the IDE drive in, then install W7 on the IDE to play with, then just reconnect the SATA and disconnect the IDE, you'll be able to go back to XP without any issues. Better though just to backup everything from the SATA drive onto the IDE drive, install W7 onto the SATA drive, then copy it all back across if you ask me.

Probably won't work, whenever I've tried to plug Windows installs into a different computer, it says noe. You need to reinstall.

Modstocks are a bit shit IMO. You have a skinny hub, so a less stable wheel build, and a big rim, so a more flexible wheel, these add up to a very flappy wheel. There are 135mm hubs available now with much wider spaced flanges than normal, and 135mm horizontal frames, which is the best wheel/frame combo if you ask me.

Twitter soaks up far less time than facebook. I only use it for Web Development stuff really. Got a couple of trials people on there but not many. Got Facebook for that.

You can use pretty much any part of your bike to get up stuff, and toes as long as they're on the pedals.
