Big improvement Chinnergay! Only two things to improve about the vid really are tell the cameraman to shut the f**k up, and cut down the correction hops if you can. Already been said but I picked up on them as well.

I have the entire A-Team collection on my computer, never got round to watching them though.

It does work, andf it's been done, but it's not ideal. It essentially halves your engagement points, because you have to take up the slack and engage one freewheel, then take up more slack and engage the second freewheel. (Roughly, obviously some engagements will take longer crank arm travel than others). For a "keep me riding" fix it's fine, but if you want to set it up properly, you'd be better off with a 12t rear sprocket and an 18t front freewheel.

Krisboats? Riding? Gotta download this shit... EDIT: That was proper good pal, you look really different now, although I suppose my last memory of you is about 3 years old.

Think they started in 2007/2008. Their stuff is easily the weakest available. As Skoze said even JonMack cracked his, and he is the skinniest guy I've ever known. He's also stupidly smooth.

There should always be a tiny bit of play in the bearings really, but if you can remove a shim and still have a bit of play, do it.

Nicely done Danny! Good to get the sport more coverage and that, especially in an evening slot. Spotted our Ryan in there as well.

Incredibly easy, just have to set one as the master and one as the slave. You said this one is going to be a second hard drive? Just make sure the jumper on the current one is on the Master setting, then the new one is on Slave, then plug it in and format it.

I know they say the Internet is stopping kids from learning vital research skills these days, but this just takes the piss... If it doesn't arrive the day after, wait another day, then phone them. Tarty post literally everything the same day, or something has gone wrong. Most likely, it's been lost in the post.

Ads is one of those rare riders who peaked a long time ago, and now just gets smoother and smoother, in order to protect his ageing joints.

To fail a year of uni, you have to be pretty fecking dickish.

It is a repost. I only stuck it on my youtube account because Adam was having some trouble or other or something. Can't remember the real reason. Someone asked in the original thread for it to be streamable, and Adam couldn't do it, so I did then replied with it.

I knew a few riders who had all his details and lived nearby, and if it had come down to it they would have probably popped round for me. Both times I had to use them anyway, I can't ride without a rear brake lever, and couldn't find one anywhere. The other thing I ordered was a front tyre, and only because it was on special offer and saved about £10 over anyone else. Just figured it was worth a shot.

To cover themselves for stuff like this. If you read the contract carefully, it'll probably tell you in that. All depends on what you agreed and what was signed.

The vote is warped anyway IMO. 10% of people have voted for a sub 9kg stock. Nahhhhh...
-
The old ones were not strong at all. In fact everyone I know who had one cracked or snapped it within a few months. New design though, who knows, maybe they're suddenly a lot stronger...

I'm quite happy with £28 really. I've known people who have had to buy modern bikes costing upto £2k to get their bad backs. Feels like it might be alright now, just a bit sore. Might pop out for a bit this evening just to check it.

As soon as I can get out of this chair without going light headed, I'll head out again. It's not all that difficult to throw around really, just lack of riding I reckon.
-
Repost, and use the BOTI for this kinda stuff.
-
For £28 for the frame, bb and cranks, I can't really complain. Back is a bit better now anyway, it'll be reet by tommorrow. Felt like a muscle spasm more than a pullage, which is probably just lack of use.

I noticed that when I rode regularly, people saying, "yeh I'm 6' 3", no trouble", then see them on a ride and they're an inch taller than me if that. I'm 5' 10.5".
-
Aye it's just to play on, there's no way I'll be spending £300 on frames any more. Trials is too expensive for me these days, when I think of how much I used to drop on bikes without blinking it just seems daft now. This will mainly used for following my mates round, watching them do good stuff and then just bunnyhopping up curbs. In other news, just pulled something in my back really rather badly, it's just above the base of my ribs? It's not crippling, just hurts to breath... Not ridden in about 8 months regularly, and suddenly for the last few days I've ridden for a few hours a day. Something was bound to go wrong.
-
I have remembered pal, you'll be the first I PM if I ever decide to get rid. Interesting. Cheers Mark, feels nice and stable upto about 15mph, then it gets very very twitchy... (tried a spot of dirt jumping the other day, scary stuff). Backhopping is impossible on it, and I can backhop brakeless a bit, I tried my Kot MS2 brakeless once, but on this it's impossible. Not bothered about that though really, I want to get away from all that hopping business really. It's actually pretty easy to spin round, but I think it would benefit from a shorter stem. From looking at it I'd say the head angle is around 70ish, doesn't feel particularly slack to me anyway.
-
My freewheel once ate my trousers as I was riding down a road doing about 30mph, by the time I stopped my jeans were shredded and were so tight I couldn't get my foot off the pedal. Bad luck.

Never ever go to a TGS ride, on a bike with carbon forks that weighs 8.4kg... Other than that, yeh you're probably right.
