Tensioner looks fairly reet mate, let's just wait and see how it lasts..... Think if I ever get another bike it will have twin vees.
  2. Not when there are kids as young as 11 on here it f**king isn't. My brother's 14 and I'd much rather he wasn't presented with that shit when viewing a trials forum...
  3. Big thumbs up for HP quality, we bought ours in 1999, still using it. No idea what the new one's are like though.
  4. Any particular budget? I'd say wait until the new NVidia cards come out, then go ATI. They're going to have to drop the prices of pretty much every model in their range to compete with the GTX480. (In theory) But really at the moment it's just a case of match your budget to the nearest ATI card, they're for better power/price right now.
  5. Mods should be given the power then, and Seniors should be able to validate people from NMC.
  6. If this is the case, how come I'm not in there yet? Please don't read this as me bitching because I spend too long on here as it is, I'm just saying I've been here for getting on 4 years now, never really fallen out with anyone or caused any trouble? I've been warn free since the warn reset I seem to remember. Or is just that the seniors vote their bestest friends in? (Hope this doesn't come across as either begging or complaining, I wouldn't mind being a senior just to see what goes on, but I won't lose sleep over it.)
  7. I've never ridden stockport, i've spoken to a couple of guys about it who both said it was shite. :/ Buxton's not so bad, it can be a proper full day's ride if you go everywhere.
  8. We've been going all the time for about 15 years or more. Best riding area I've found is around Treaddur, actually a bit north of there i reckon is best, there are little bays all along the cost road, the next major one after treaddur (it has toilets and loads of parking), i thought was best.
  9. I have been known to ride in the past, but I'm selling up now. There's one other local rider though, I'll point him at this.
  10. Aye it should be as strong, all I'm thinking is with my Pro2, when it skips it only clicks as if one pawl has skipped over the edge of the tooth, if you only had one pawl engageing at once it do a proper banging round of the cranks skip. It's a good idea though, it'll be interesting to hear how it holds up.
  11. to be honest I don't really care about looking ghetto either, it's just my brakeless 24" is made from a childs Trek mountain bike, so I like to say it's because it's supposed to be ghetto. it's actually just so shit it's not worth spending money on. The only reason it's brakeless is that the wheels bend like cheese even if you just bunnyhop something.
  12. Guessing the old ground down pawls mod, so instead of engaging at 2x2 to give 48, he's ground two pawls down so now it's engaging at 4x1 to give 96. Scary thought.... Looks good Ad, I'm not a fan of all these Tarty 24s coming out now, they're not ghetto enough!

    That's what she said.
  15. They're too short if they're BMX forks, mine where Pace XC forks cut down to Echo Lite forks legnth. Best forks I ever ran on a mod to be honest! Almost everyone who rode them hated them though.
  16. Ah I thought the Mk2 just referred to the Koxx ones and they just came in different colours. I'm sure on what I said about the St Blaise ones though, someone I used to ride with had one and we looked it up to work out which it was.
  17. As I understand it, the Mk1 Coust is the St Blaise, the Mk2 is the Koxx one. the Mk1 came in a 0mm and +10mm BB rise. There were no other changes as far as I'm aware.

    Danny Kearns

Nice vid Danny, definately better on stock if you ask me. Forgot about the leg breaking, that was nasty.
  19. Could do if you're that way inclined...
  20. Because that's triple channel, and you need dual channel for a Phenom II. (2 sticks not 3).

    Car Vs Money

Buy a tin of black satin, paint the whole car with it, then drive it bent. Mad Max styleeee
  22. Very healthy way of describing what trials should be about rich lol.
  23. Oh my f**k. First video since like 2008 that's made me really want to ride.
  24. I'd recommend a 13", I have a 10" netbook, and i've found that 15" laptops are too big and heavy to lug around all the time, and the battery life isn't ideal, so I reckon a 13" would be about right. I'd rather stick to a netbook myself, but I need it to be as light and portable as possible, and have a massively long battery life. The downside is they're slow as f**k.
