  1. Aye any news? I was just looking through my PayPal for something else and spotted the donation I made, just wondering if there's anything new?
  2. Looking good Harry! I agree you look more comfortable on stock.
  3. It is indeed, I much prefer drinking after a big meal, tis much more fun.
  4. Been a while since I saw this time. Hai.
  5. You ever going to spray that rear brake? Ruins it! Purple on gold isn't my thing, but it's certainly eye catching haha.

That section you did around 1:32 - 1:46, I used to try that all the time, last time I was there I got it nailed haha. (Apart from I can't do the sidehop to rear at the end, I hooked it.) Nice vid, some fairly beefy riding there.
  7. Aye, to be honest it's one thing posting in the car thread, then it;s another making a new topic for it.
  8. I did a similar thing, I had one favourite corner, you came down a bent straight flat out into it, but if you got your line right you could carry around 40mph through it. Well it only took me once to get the line wrong, didnt actually bin it though, I just slithered and slid off the road into a banking then rode off. Still, I've definately slowed down since.
  9. You mean the freewheel remains still when you spin the wheel foward, and the freewheel clicks away? Completely normal. Just means the freewheel bearings have more friction than the freewheel mechanism, so it sits still with the axle. My Pro2 does it. As long as it turns smoothly and it relatively free, it's fine.
  10. to be honest it's in my mind all the time, but I still do it. Look at the road, it's not built up, it looks like it's in the middle of nowhere, It's not really wide enough to go fast in a car on but never mind, it's mostly there. He just got it wrong. His choice of speeding spot isn't actually that bad.
  11. That's the wrong lesson to take from this, just remember not to go quite so fast on that particular piece of road in those conditions!
  12. Amazing video! Looked like a lot of fun. Kinda tells me though, definately time to sell up now when that video can't stir me to get out haha.

In practice yesterday the gap of the whole field was 7-11secs over the whole period. Seems a pretty small gap to me after the beginning of last year, I think it's going to be a pretty level playing field this year, should be interesting to see how it all plays out. I get the impression it'll more about the drivers this year and less about the car/team. Which is good if you ask me!

Only just got round to reading up on the changes and that for this season, should be mighty entertaining!
  15. Looks to me that the arms are at this kinda angle. \ / If you put thinner spacers in between the pads and the arms then the arms will be more | | like that, and the cable will be higher. If you also move the mounts right to the top it might sort it. EDIT: Also could do better with a 90 degree noodle to stop the cable being pushed down to the tyre.
  16. Haha, it seemed pretty obvious were those three fitted in the LOTR lineup lol.
  17. Do-dle, do do, do-dley-doooooo, do doooo.... EDIT: Adam was really hard to do, and as such, came out shit.
  18. Do Creepy's use that compound? Because on my old Mod the try-all on the front was bald way before the rear creepy, bought them both new aswell.
  19. They're the same compound as mod, the fronts are brilliant tyres but the rear's are terrible if you ask me, not bouncy enough and really heavy, and they wear out shockingly fast. Best rear stock tyre I used was a 2.4" Rubber Queen. Most people pinch them a lot though, but I never did with my freeride tube in, I hardly ever rimmed it anyway as I hate running soft tyre pressures.
  20. If I wasn't so busy at the moment, I'd try to do my idea, which is quite frankly amazing.
  21. I can't see a thing? Why is it all out of focus?
  22. Craig you look so different to how I remember you haha! Some good riding there though, nicely done.
  23. Tarty will do a price match if it's like for like. No warrenty and mad high postage isn't like for like.
  24. Hasn't been updated in two years, homtail address as contact, no contact page information, links page information or payment page information, no registered address anywhere I can see, and looks generally a bit shit. Use tarty.
  25. I've stroked this dog, it's nice.
