Well I tried to get back into it last summer by rebuilding my bike with the Simtra frame and made it all perfect, and I must have ridden it about 10 times, and nowhere good. It's never even seen Matlock Quarry lol. Thinking about selling my Koxx (Cheat Code) aswell, as I've ridden it twice since building it.

Just get a full ring, I've never got caught up since I started using one. You could also be a man, wear shorts!

You can pretty much garuntee it wasn't the fault of those pads, it was probably a sticky slave or if you were using tar. I've been using powerpad backings on and off for 3 years, and I've never had a problem with them, or heard of anyone else having a problem.

If you're into your classic metal, make sure you listen to Judas Priest - Painkiller (Remastered). I reckon it's the best album I've ever heard, normally I have maybe 3 songs from an album I really love, but on Painkiller every song is like that hehe.

Basically I need new in ear iPod headphones, there's some cool guys on here that know about this shit. I just had some CX300s, they did me well for 18 months but gave up the ghost the other day. Basically I want white headphones, decent sound clarity but more bothered about a more powerful sound. The CX300s were fairly powerful, but I'd prefer more.

Just push the o-ring back into the grooves... If that don't work, replace the o-rings.

You're kidding right? A £20 weld job and a bit of effort sucking/pushing that dent out and the frame will be right as rain, whereas at the moment it's unridable...

The guys not even replied since posting this topic, looks like it might have been a bit of a waste of time typing those lists out.

Does any of this really matter? Just ride your bikes, if you don't enjoy it, sell it and try something else. I don't enjoy it any more, so I'm selling up and moving on.

I'd get that welded if it was me, maybe you can get at the other side through the BB shell and push the dent out as best you can?

Looks like I've started collecting trials bikes since this thread started, even though I hardly ride now. I've just sold one bike, still got two and almost a complete one in bits.

What kind of metal? Girly singers or blokes? Singing, screaming or grunty throaty stuff?

Buy a kit, do it yourself. i got mine for £15 from ebay and it's already paid for itself over what everyone local charges.
