    Uci World Cup Antwerp

Sure I don't mind you posting anything like this Chimp. I saw this sidehop with my own eyes, I wasn't expecting him to ever make it and suddenly he's up on that platform like it was not a big deal. One of the other contestors (I think it was Aurelien) crashed early in the finals and had to be taken to the hospital or something, did you see this or even better taped it?

hi man where are you in belgium

  3. Today the world cup round was held in Antwerp, I took the camera with me and made a little movie. (watch on youtube for full hd) The event was very well organised and they even broadcasted it on national television.
  4. Hi guys, recently I have been training to take off from pointy objects while sidehopping, but I keep struggling with it. I feel like I'm not able to make the pedalkick that I usually give when on flat or slightly sloped ground. Same happens with gaps to frontwheel. If anyone can give me some pointers or maybe link a video it 'd be appreciated.
  5. Agreed, you improved lots since your early vid's (wich where already mindblowing to me).
  6. They are not suspension corrected. You need at least 437mm crown height to work with suspension ready geometry frames.
  7. If you really want to get rid of the suspension fork, make sure that you buy a "suspension corrected rigid fork" or your bottom bracket will be waaaay to low. Search for a kinesis maxlight fork, cheap and light enough for trials.
  8. Nice riding, you are both talented and fearless. I would like to see more vids from you in the future, are you going to compete in the UCI rounds?
  9. The extra weight is almost neglectable if you compare it with a classical gearing setup with freehub or freewheel. But it sure is not intended for the bashers among us, uci-style is the way to go here.
  10. Hi guys, while I was looking at the new effect frame I noticed they could be mounted with the Truvativ Hammerschmidt crank/freewheel/gear system. Click for more info. Has anyone trials tested it? I've got a slight feeling It wouldn't hold up, but you never know.
  11. Whichever move you are learning, try to find some pallets and work you way up, or a slanted wall if you have one around. Watching videos is a good way to visualise techniques but training is as important. Good luck!
