Heard some mega stories, anybody here affected, My dad tried to drive from swansea to oxford and he couldent get into oxfordshire from any route, he tried swindon newbury reading and the list just goes on. After 10 hours of being in the car he drove to london and stayed therer over night as it aws the onley city people could get into. My stepdad took 3 hours to get 14 miles home. my uncle was driving upto the bonnet on the road, but road shut so evryon on the road was driving into a field and sleeping in thier cars (at this point it was 3 AM) A34 was shut, M4 was shut M5 was shut M40 was shut A40 was shut and all the surounding B roads in Oxfordshire I heard about mudslides all sorts of wack shit like that, and vilages with 4ft river going donw high streets! Just wondering if anyone affected!!

So, its a long story, but i need to talk about it to someone. In this i have not lied twisted things or agsadurated at all, - all that i say is genuine, - you have my word. - Note, we were at a party. Saterday night, a friend i was sitting next to was rolling up a splif, and then a police car comes around the courner, stops, and starts to reverse, my friend chucks the small amount of canabis acros me , away from the road. And he chucks the Spliff behind him. The police see we have a couple of beer bottles and say, have you been drinking, i say no (they could not prove it at the time) my friend says yes, a little, he asks how old we are, he says 16, i say yeah, Then it gets sketchy.... The police get my friend to poor the rest of the bottle of magners down the wall - note they didnt despose of it. Then they said that drinking is not a problem , because of the fact that we were on private land, (we were just outside and around the courner, but still on private land). Then he was just goin, when his partner, got out his maglite, and started to search the floor around us, and way the baggie of canabis (serioseley less than a 5ers worth) and, started to question uss, whos is it were did it come from ect, He denied it, i kept silent. (note; the last time something like this happend i stayed silent and said i will not further descus till i have a selicitor presant, but that f**ked up last time) Then he said it was found closest to me and that means that it was found in my posetion, witch is bullshit, cos it was on the floor and i didnt say anything. Then he took us into the back of the police car, and locked us in, and wouldent say whay we were being taken into the car when i refused to get into the car because he wouldent tell us were (if anywere) we were going, so he threatend to arrest uss. Again- another majour f**k up by them- When were in the back of the car, he said "one of you can own up to get your mate of the hook, or your both going down. i dont care who addmits, but someone will" We were both silent for a wile, then i started to say i wanted legal representaion before anthing else is recorded or any more action is take, At that point he said " ok thanks for your honesty, turned around to my mate and said you can go, - note:they did not take ANY details of him. When my mate was leaving the car i said, no i didnt admit, but the oficer ignored me. Then he took all my deatales, Address full name DOB and phone number parents name and number. he then phoned my parents and said i was being taken home. Sorry about dellay, i had some real problems- no one make some joke about that please So, when driving back, from chalgrove ( a small vilage near oxford) he didnt know the way, so i had to give thier directions, as we got into oxford they started chatting to me about all sorts of shit like cars and stuff. When we got to my street, they let me out and then i went into the house, my parents were expecting me so they were waitning, we went into the living room, and he said yeah he was found in persetion of canabis, its nothing to worry about, he is not under arest, but you will need to take a visit to the police stataion tomorow, probably for a coution, they said to my dad 6 o clock, no piece of paper or anything. Then the next day, the secound i got into the police station they arested me, and searched me, and read me my rights and all that, they got my fingerprints, and DNA - dont worry i tried to resist, but resently, even if i am inocent, they keep that data about me. logged me into the computor. said i was 6.3 foot medium build light brown hair ect ect, After, we had to go to some desk deep in the police staion and they stated the situation, They claimed they arested me on saterday night and that i was found in persetion, and more shit like they referd to the achahol again. Then i asked for legal representation, and they cannot denie me of that, they started to look prang. When my selicitor came, i told him exactley what happend, and the police f**ked up So badly its funny. This is not a technacality this is a majour f**k up. When in the interview room, he started the tape, blah blah said thier name and rank, who was in the room (myself 2 police oficers and my selicitor) and then they said the arrested me on saterday night, i objected this and said no you didnt, but they argued against me and both of them were certain they arested me. Then thats were it was the point they new they were f**ked....... My selicitor said, "are you both CERTAIN you arested leo saterday night, im talking 100%" They both replied that they were 100% that they did, So if you did arest leo, you did not follow these proceedures: My selicitor Policemen Did you read leo his wrights within 3 minutes of aresting leo No Did you inform leo that he was being arested, yes leo says you did not inform him, we did There are witnesses to state that you did not inform him ok did you put leo in handcuffs no when you phoned leo's parents, did you tell them he was being arested no When you got to the house did you tell his parents he was being aresetd? no when you arrest some one by law you are meant to take the arested person to the nearist police station or other police building, did you do this no when you arrest someone you are meant to report to base, via car radio or personal radio, did you do this? no At any point in this did you use your radio no So you are saying that there will be no records of leo being arested no, but my personal account Also you are saying that you did not call base to tell them that you were taking leo home no So the base would have thought you were still on patroll for the time all this was hapening i gues so, Do you have ANY notes about saterday night yes What do you have leos address his name and address, did you right any other notes about what happend, accounts ect. no when you got back to the police station even then, did you make notes of the encounter even though you aranged to meet here today, and new that a interview would take place no So evrything you write about the encounter on saterday night from now on is void- becouse this interview will affect what you write. At this point i would like to terminte this interview. They didnt even get a chance to ask any of thier questions in the intervew. There are 4 coppies of this tape, the police have to, my dad has one, my stepdad and my mum have the other, Then after, they took me back to that desk and they gave me bail for 4 weeks (til the 13th) then they said that they will take it to court because i am dennieing it. But from my selicitors and me and my familys point of view they f**ked up so badley that they are going to drop charges. From my selicitors point of view they f**ked up so badly that after showing the tape to there cheif sunstible ( the guy who desides if it will go to court) they will get verbally slapped about for cutting so many courners. The police officers wanted to make a example out of me, but instead they are making a example of themslefs. From my selicors words, they went into your middleclass house, saw how apoligetic my family was, and thought you would roll over and take a coution. By the way, i do understand that all of this is completely my fault, and thier is no1 else to blaim, but me. And i am lucky that they f**ked up so bad. If anything doesnt fit or something, then its probably the way i explained it, but yeah. I am currently on bail, and waiting for a word. Also they said dont leave the country, but i am going to france, but when i go to france i will use my australian pasport, so it will not come up on record. So yeah, lucky me, all this police majour f**k up has over shaddowed how f**king stupid i was in the first place If thier is anything that i have missed, or something please tell me so iu can explain, rather than looking like bollocks..
