  3. I have thought about that but when im riding street which is most if the time, i do slip up sometimes and that could be an expensice mistake with a ring..............however i am still considering it. cheers tom
  4. Yea man sections were pretty damn hard in the semi's, very technical and a touch on the scary side! Cheers for the comments so far boys xxxx
  5. Cheers guys that helps, might square it and will definately be a single walled man before the weekend. Just need a Ti bolt kit, latex tubes, file the bash plate to pieces and there you have it...........lol any other suggestions? xxxx

  9. Absolutely brilliant weekend! I had high hopes for Knokke and it didnt dissapoint, a trials comp on the beach how cool is that! The Brits are coming by the looks of things.... Our Stock riders are seriously good! Well done you lads but most of all to Slinger......Final......BEAST! Had a good day in qualification even though i turned up 15mins before i had to start (no warm up) sucked but the sections were right up my alley. Struggled in the semi finals, the sections were pretty massive for me. Still really enjoyed it. Rob and James, we are all gonna have to pull our socks up to match those big wheeled Brits! see u all soon xxx

  14. Hi all, just received and built up my XTP 2 short. Just in time for Belgium this weekend I had some problems with my discs in Italy and got a bit frustrated as i was bashing my rotors on sketchy rocks a fair bit so decided to give rim brakes another go. This frame has got another 10mm bb rise on my old disc version and so far it feels great, loving the subtle colour scheme too. I would like to say a massive thanks to all the Tarty Guys, efficient and helpful as always! Cheers Ads! Commets welcome Tom xxxxx
  15. There is loads matey, i am one of them. Come ride sometime Tom

    Kernow Days 08

Loved that vid guys! Thanks to bigman for putting up for us, blimey.......Stan is a bit good!
  17. I started doing stunts on a trek 220 24" when i was 12, i didnt know what i was doing but i thoroughly enjoyed it. Then I bumped into Barry Deeks (old skool) in my local park hopping up some steps and was hooked, in fact i am still totally hooked. I ride trials for fun its something to channel my strengths and frustrations into and it turns out i have got resonably good at it. But these days the most fun i can have on my bike is pushing myself physically and mentally in big competitions......practicing between comps is always a great laugh with my mates but at the end of the day i practice to become a better rider and therefore get better results. I love street, i love natural, i love comps.............. i hate politics within the trials scene hence my absence from the BIU Nationals. Trials rules and makes lots of people happy! Tom xxxx
  18. I currently run some maxxis tubes from Mr Tart. However i am trying to lighten things up substantially on my new bike and was wondering if there are some super light tubes available in 20" that would do the job??? Where/price would be very helpful if anyone knows xxxxxx tom
