Today, I got a news from a chinese trials forum. The ECHO new freewheels are available in early April in China with extremely low prices. 12 pounds for 72 points freewheel, and 108 points freewheel just 22 pounds. I was so surprised that a 72 point ECHO freewheel is cheaper than ACS. ECHO claims that the break even point is 3000 units. That means that ECHO have to sell 3000 freewheels in China to cover the initial cost, without any profit. However, there may be no more than 2000 biketrial players in China. What do you think about it? Well ECHO be successful on this event? And what's more important for you, price or quality?
