  1. PLEASE CLOSE........................PLEASE CLOSE..............................PLEASE CLOSE......................PLEASE CLOSE.......................PLEASE CLOSE....... I was being a plonker and I've got it sorted now.
  2. Hi guys, I just downloaded a mixtape from the net and went to transfer it to my iPod but no luck. I've converted it to AAC which i believe is the right format for iPod (its the format all the other music currently on my iPod is in). I have more than enough memory space on the Ipod itself and the mix is showing in my library but whenever i try to sync it does everything else but this. Any ideas?
  3. I used to work as a lettings agent... Why didn't you go to the flat / house when the inventory was being done? Didnt they at least give you a copy of the inventory when you went for your check in? That way you wouldn't've run into problems when you came to check out. We always make sure the tenant is available to attent the inventory make before check in and again on check out. I'm guessing you weren't made aware of a professional clean being done or an inventory... I'd speak to the letting agency to find out why. Then go to CAB to find out where you stand now that you're out. Sorry I can't be more helpful but it's a tricky one now that you're not still in the property. Get all the paperwork you have and make copies before you go to the CAB or Letting agents, make copies of every piece of paperwork you get from anyone regarding this and make sure you take a FULL name and contact number / email address of everyone you speak to and make notes of when you spoke to them. This might help... Housing Act 1988 You might have to do a fair bit of reading but it's worth it. The way it's written is really hard to understand so I'd advise reading it a couple of time... it'll take a while but well worth it if you get your money sorted. Good luck mate, let me know how you get on
  4. Got a few really, can't have just one. When i'm bummed out / upset and need a pick me up or something to remind me it's not all that bad- Motion City Soundtrack, Capital H Taking Back Sunday- Make Damn Sure reminds me of all of last year both good and bad. Matchbox 20- 3am always gets me, not sure why but it makes me shiver all over. Just a f**king great song i guess. And last but not least... Seether with Amy from Evanescence - Broken. I could listen to this on repeat for hours, reminds me of driving the length of the country after splitting from my girlfriend in February. Reminds me of what I lost... also makes me smile at how happy I am now. Awesome topic btw.
  5. Thanks once again for everyone's help... it turns out that £500 isn't that much money and the local Hyundai garage is willing to cover our costs up to £1000, FOOKIN' RESULT! That should pay for a fair bit! (Y)
  6. Thanks for all your help. Although it is just a group of mates who think f**k it we can play on a sunday, the majority are fooking good. We're hardly beginners a new team has to start somewhere. The whole squad (about 20 guys now) has about 10 years minimum playing experience each. Myself and a few of the other guys played for Surrey while at school and college and then for Woking after college, 1 guy used to play for Yeading Town FC and was in the squad last year against Newcastle in the FA Cup at Loftus Road. The average age of the team is about 25 so we're all quite serious about it. We don't mind digging into our pockets but to pay all that money for kit and a pitch and everything else needed to start up, then weekly costs on top of that is a little much... plus beer tokens for after the games! Gonna go and see what local businesses we can find. If anyone has any other ideas please let me know Cheers Matt
  7. Afternoon all, A few mates and I have just set up a football team and are looking to join a local sunday league ready for next season. We are looking for sponsorship as the start up costs are ridiculous and we're struggling to afford it all with our day to day spening at the same time. As the majority of people on here are pretty clued up on things I figured I might be able to get an answer as to the best way to go about seeking sponsorship. Thanks Matt
  8. Does anyone know Adrian who rides 20" in Woking? I've been trying to get hold of him on his mobile all week as he owes me £150 and I need it bad! Can anyone help?
  9. Saw them at Hyde park & Earls Court, both were awesome gigs. They definately know how to have a laugh and get the crowd involved and as I think someone's already mentioned they're in my opinion better live than they are on a cd. I'm going to see them at Wembley this year... Can't wait!

Anyone got one? What are they like? Have been into a few phone shops to try n have a play about with one but everywhere seems to be sold out.
  11. Evening guys, I have a 1 series 1.20D Turbo and I was wondering if anyone knows how far I can roughly go once the trip computer says zero miles left. I'm too scared to try it!
  12. I wasn't planning on just driving off, I see that as theft and its not one of my favourite pastimes. I have every intention of paying for my feul, just not today.
  13. Leave your car? that's stupid, the whole idea of filling up is so you can drive, I'm sure people genuinly forget thier wallets all the time n dont need to leave thier cars. Seems a bit odd.
