  1. When I said £500 I was regarding the full build bike, come' on guys, when have we ever charged over the top prices. Yes we have 'just' hyrdoformed the down tube. Some people might prefer it, Some maybe not. But we all love a little change in our lives. I think its gonna be called ''Cleaner'', New spec as well but I'm giving far to much away in Mike's absence.
  2. Mr Muel does have a point, The bolts were some how a duff batch but were sporadic. We have solved this issue with the new range.
  3. Its not going to be called the T-Rex, Plus thats a Mike question and he has gone on holiday. Sorry. I'd guess about £500.
  4. Ok, New 26" range out soon =. Black, Pearl White, Blood red, Icy blue.
  5. Don't cry when i disown you. Is there no one on here you have met for a ride? No pun intended, honest
  6. Thanks rob, (See you up Fort William by the way) Some one said earlier that it just looks like the old one with a hydroformed down tube, Well done, Your right. We decided to give it a make over, Change the colour and down tube. The Rex is one of the toughest frames we ever produced, thats its attribute. Great for learning on because lets face it, You dink your bike a little more when your learning. What Rob doesn't know or he might but didn't mention is that we have put it on a diet. Weights are not available yet but lets just say it will be tough with out such a weight penalty. ALL PROTOTYPES ARE DONE IN BLACK, DOES NOT MEAN THAT IS THE FINAL COLOUR. IF I HEAR ONE MORE TIME THAT ITS A BETTER THEN THE REST OF THE RANGE I SHALL GET EVERY SINGLE MODEL DONE IN BLACK FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! Just jesting Or is it gonna be black????
  7. ???????? ????????? I'm finding this all a little hard to believe. So you can ask for your own custom frame, So that means they tell the factory that them that customer x would like this geo, The factory then says " yeah, Sure we shall stop production and make this guys own frame. Then we will get back to production" Then the frame then gets flown in from the far east (many many pennys) or it takes 8 weeks to be shipped into the country. That is customer service that is.
  8. Why has this not been done before? I mean, almost all manufactures work with Magnesium. So why has no one put the two together before? Cant help but think there is a reason for it. Bold move though.
  9. The hubs themselves are fine except we have had a few occurrences of the bolts stretching which has now hopefully been solved. Stock levels are at an all time low now until late September when a container arrives.
  10. The forks would work out about the 3 lightest on Tarty bikes website?
  11. The problem we had then was that they took Onza on about a month before their catalogue was printed, So there was a mad rush to get it in there. Lots of mistakes we made like it was classed in the BMX section etc but it should all change for the 08' one were I personally will be helping them produce the Onza pages.
  12. Correct, But I tell you what, Just phone them next time. To answer the T-Pro statement. Limey 1 and the Limey 2 frame cost the same amount, No Problem. The T-Pro is the Cheapest after market frame to buy so you cant swap it for anything else. The only option that we may consider is the half price of you existing frame to be taken off any other frame. E.G T-Pro Frame £170 RRP half price = £85 So you could in theory buy a T-Mag frame RRP £200 minus £85 Which means you could have it for £115. Sorted?
  13. Ok here is a simple way to put it, We think our time and effort is better kept for producing and developing Onza, Rather than being the sales hub for Onza (Our days are not held up with mass amount of phone calls regarding orders) Also, We are a bike company, and will never employ 17 reps to go up and down the country pushing our product like our distributor does. Its a very positive thing for Onza what we did. Point taken, Although in our defence, They were all chosen 3 years ago. But you cant argue the T-pros colour affected its sales as it has been possibly the best seller since its release. We shall have to be more fruitful when deciding colours next time hey. Also children can drown, If thats how your gonna get your baby to swim then let me know how it goes. Just messing with you'
  14. Point taken, Nobody likes baby poo. New 26" are coming in Black,White, Matt blood red, and ?? (Blue I think)
  15. Alright then dude, ill Order 500 for you yeah? HaHa
  16. We are, But when you get someone in a different country that wants to sell your brand then as long as they order substantial amount then you give them sole distribution to their country. This allows them to bring different colors out etc, But they can't change the product in a sense of Geo etc . As for the colour comment, When you produce thousand of something then you have to make sure its quite a neutral colour so it optimise's sales. But in all honesty, If you look back over the past 6 years of bikes there is not many we haven't already tried. Remember that colours come in and out of fashion.
  17. Its Just different colors in various components. Mainly rims, but give it time and they will hit the market here when things have settled with Moore Large.
  18. They will be here soon, I think in Moore Larges September shipment. Hmmm!!! plugs.
  19. They are about, We have remade them. Super Cycles have them in stock! Moore Large have also ordered them and they should be be available to the UK through out in September. Along with everything thats been hard to get hold of and the new 26" range.
  20. T-Mag Photos have now been updated, You can now see the front wheel better.
  21. The rims will be available in blue to start off with with other colours to follow, Looking at the end of this year though guys. On that note our Russian distributor had the rims made in all colours and the front side drilled looked very bling.
  22. Behold......The Porcipaws!! If anyone likes the Brahma style grips then they will love these! 150mm width with 4 10mm increments to cut off if you wish (Or they can be wiring slits). Comes with sealed end but plugs are supplied too. Incredible soft compound and nice and thin at just 2.5mm thickness. Will be available in a range of colours but just black to start off with.
