A tensile uses a bb tool so using a punch and hammer will do nothing and be a waste of time and effot. If youhavent got a bb tool and it to your local bike shop they should sort you out for few quid or even free.

Have you still got the steel onza bars and stem ryan? If so i would replace them first, and save loads of weight and it will ride better. Mod tyres are all ruffly the same. You could also switchto a front freewheel set up to save a bit more weight and agian it will ride better.

Whats the rear tyre on the mod? It looks like ithas some right beefy nobbles!

I think the atomz has mega rise, like a t-master stem, not too sure. But if thats what your after.
