ye alexs hands can get quite bad sometimes, and hes been moaning about them all day today when we were riding lol. I would say gloves, but for some reason gloves seem to make my hands worse when i ride lol Your next bet is, i reckon, some really thick foam grips, that will keep the blisters down deffinatly (not sure about skin?) i used to use some really nice foams which hardly even ruined my hands, until the shop i used to get them from stop getting them lol.

i totally agree with that. but it happens to me when i ride with two certin people haha. when eva i ride with alext we both push each other, and it always works. i think that thoery is very good.

hmmmm...... well i noticed you said in your post thanks for rainbird for filming in plymouth, but he didnt film everything. haha i did a very small amount. haha only joking rich. That was fricking mint!! i absolutly loved that. That day in plymouth was awsome. Every clip in that was sweet as, funny how in one clip you said my sponsor instead of yours haha. good thing that wasnt in it, they wouldnt have been to happy. haha nice one rich, hope to see you soon, maybe bristol? matt
