well i run a light grind, and there amazing. the bite is amazing and the hold is amazing. so for now i will say light grind. but mite be an idea to try meduim im not sure. but light it is for me. matt

i ride an echo lite, they are so nice, if you can try get a real decent second hand one, thats probably your best buy.
