  4. takes more time than just adding a few layers of tape and is softer and also heavier adding just a few layers is strong enough to keep sharp stuff coming through but im thinking if it affects the feel of the tire
  5. i have a little problem with continental tires. they can take hits and all kind of abuse and are superb tires, just sharp stuff get through them too easily, like glass pieces and I even broke it while doing a hook to a sharp top wall..... so I was thinking that maybe adding like 2 layers of tape in the tyre should fix it? and tape doesnt add much weight either

  14. imo theres nothing wrong in eating meat wrong is to eat too much meat, like 100 years ago an average american ate 200 times less chicken than today.... theres more people in the world now and they also eat more, so we need mass production and thats also wrong. animals are fed up with steroids to grow as fast as possible, their feet cant hold their weight up soon, thats just sick its ok to grow them up naturally, like 10 sheep on a huge land and stuff. if you could choose to be on steroids in a small space where you cant even turn around and have your throat slit and wait until you bleed to death OR to be a sheep in a farm with all your friend sheeps and run around on open fields and then be shot what would you choose?

  17. has anyone ever measured here their vertical jump? mine is 73cm/28.7inches if you dont know how to measure vertical jump but would like to do it then stand next to a wall and take a piece of tape and put it as high on the wall as you can with one hand while your heels are on the ground then take another piece of tape and jump as high as you can without any run up just a static jump and put the tape as high on the wall as you can and measure the difference between those 2 pieces of tape or just measure your one hand reach and touch something higher than you while jumping like when your hand reach is 250cm and ceiling is 300cm and you can touch it when jumping then your vertical jump is 50cm something like here, he touches those little things above him
  18. just a little at first air alerts biggest problem is that theres too much reps on excersises, you will train only your stamina and its also easier to injure yourself with too many reps. Air alert is made to get easy money. and in trials your back is more important than legs (both lower and upper back) if you still want to do plyometric training you can do air alert for a month or so but dont do it that often and cut down on the reps, if you want more speed then do like 10-30 reps on most excersises and as fast as you can. and remember than training to failure taughts your body to FAIL

  24. KMC kool is good, lasts for 2-3months for me that Z510 held up just a few weeks
