  3. you wont gain more weight by doing ATG squats. you can weight only when you eat enough, theres tons of people who have improved their strenght a lot and keeping their bodyweight same
  4. silicone implants ive seen some pictures of people having them in arms so its looks like huge triceps/biceps
  5. do ass to grass squats they are better for strenght and your knees.
  6. yes you will gain weight fast but a lot of it is coming from fat, its ok when you burn the fat later
  7. just drink the milk and quit all the C-s (Creams, kiddie Cereals, Candy, ice-Cream etc.) dont just drink it after the work out, drink it all the time and it should be something with about 2.5% fat. dont drink those fat free white waters for people who want to add some weight quickly try this: drink 3-4 liters of milk per day for 1 or 2 weeks + eat a lot of cottage cheese and other high protein stuff, but dont eat so that 90% of your food will be protein, add some quality fats and a lot of carbs too basically just eat a lot and drink 3-4 liters milk per day, huge amounts of milk arent good for your cholesterole levels but its only when you do it all the time, a week or 2 wont do anything ive tried it and it works! added 3kg with 2 weeks! and im quite heavy already so smaller dudes can add even more

  11. wow that was amazing! this should be shown on Eurosport and other sports channels to make the sport more popular and known there was just one thing what I didnt like. One guy said that competitions are not about being the best or something, well tell that to the high level competitors. That is something what I personally dont agree with, for most people it is just for fun and stuff but there still are some who work hard to get to the top and stay there

  13. which one should I get on front? Im gettin Rubber Queen on the back but which one is light and has good grip for front use? I ride wet natural sometimes (its not possible to ride dry natural here in winter....)

  16. before after first impressions are good, it feels really stiff like bigman said and its very very light compared to my old BT6.0 no need for a chain tensioner anymore! Ive always had problems with them Ive got to get some continental tyres and it will be less than 10kg (about 10.4 currently) geo suits me very well, it feels just like BT, just stiffer

  19. you can add a few more reps if you want to or one extra set the best way to found out is to try usually people do 3-6 sets with 3-20 reps at pullups and you can always add weight if it gets too easy and starting with too heavy weights is not a good idea because you will stall very quickly, start low and build it up weekly to heavy weights
  20. keep it simple do something like 3x8 2-3 times per week and add 2.5kg every week so you will get stronger every week

  22. do pull ups and dips, you can add weight too if you want i was doing everything at home for the first few weeks, like for squats i took 2 backpacks and did squats lol, I filled them with sand and it was possible to get about 130kg weight. I dont recommend it though if theyre not well balanced you can injure yourself so a barbell would be safer

  24. if you compare the koxx days clips with Moutier ones its possible to see that he has improved a lot with half year. He is a lot more confident in Moutier
