  4. first your nutrition has to be good, otherwise the protein shakes are useless. I sometimes drink them after a workout for better recovery (protein and carbs + creatine) imo theyre more for bodybuilders, im training more for strenght so I dont care much about those mass gainers a lot of people think that theyre like some magic potions or just drink them because others do, so they arent needed but they can help if used as they should be

  12. frame looks better in the video than on the pics, i like it Nicolas Luque is getting sick, i just watched his 135cm sidehop vid and now 140.... next year probably every french comp rider will do 140+ sidehops, theyre getting all so powerful and their technique has always been perfect

  16. being skinny doesnt mean that youre not strong, gilles is a lot more stronger than we all together because he is doing explosive power training not mass training. its possible to build your body in many different ways. technique vs strenght - you need both if you have tons of explosive and reactive strenght but cant do sidehops with a good technique you wont get very high if you dont have strenght at all you cant even move the bike to perform a sidehop, the more strenght you have the easier you find to control your bike under you so both are very important, you can always improve both

  19. yes, i got some of FAST AC-C and FAST Muscle+ to try out, these are mainly for recovery and they do work but at first you need to have a good nutrition plan, otherwise all those supplements are a waste of money i can see that some people have some hcore stamina! if you can do a 2000kg squat just once and youre about 75-80kg then you shoul be able to sidehop about 2.5m
  20. has anyone tried track and field highjump? i tried today and got 155cm with 4 steps
  21. if you keep it in the fridge it will last a week or two, if you freeze it then it will last even longer
  22. some good taps there, everything looks so small in the video if the bike wouldnt have been next to the wall where he did the last tap i would have thought its around 110cm but it probably is around 125cm
