it needs to be dished put it in your frame and you'll see which direction the rim needs to go tighten all the spokes on the side it needs to go make sure its equal though, do like 1/2 a turn for each spoke on that side at a time

lol their longer, so just think of tightening up a bolt with an allen key if your tightening it up from using the allen key at the end of it you will need to move it more to get the same ammout of turn on the bolt make sense now? maybe not because im shit at explaining stuff..

dont think theres a best rider its all preference personally i think ben travis is a really good rider, so are neil tunnicliffe and damon watson. vincent hermance is a brilliant natty rider.. theres loads who are pretty much equal, but i dont think there is one rider who is better than the other
