  5. I went from 20/16 down to 18/16 and my gapping improved and my ability to climb, so i'd say stick with the 16t cog on the back and go 18t up front. and if i were you, i would get longer cranks so you get more leverage which may mean EVEN better gapping IMO. Ben
  6. I think strength, the only situation in which you use limberness is tucking! Strength will enable you to go bigger! Ben
  7. Doesn't he have a Tekyia? My mate has a Kabuki Mono, and after he changed the gearing to something normal, it rides well, a wee bit on the heavy side but they're nice! Ben

Take the lever blade out, push the metal cylinder out of the hole where the screw secures it to the lever body, take the red knob off take the blade completely apart watch carefully how it disassembles as you need to put it back together, now.. the small piece of metal which the red knob fits, take it and unscrew everything from it and dismiss them so you can see all the way through it now put everything back together leave the red knob off and find a screw that fits into the bit coming from the lever blade. that should then be done!   18. Technique wil always better strength! Being able to do something small, but properly, on a bike is better than being big and muscly and doing something big, badly! More risk of danger and bike breakage! Ben
