just rang kevin - after about 10 times of ringing he answered. to try and pass off that he had sent off my handlebars. It was over a month ago now that he told me they had been sent so this is a complete lie. He has now refunded my money - eventually. I also told him that i had been informed that the bars were still on the bike, he continued to tell me that he has sold the bike and whoever told me that was a lier (love the fact he's lied through his teeth and continues to call someone else a lier..anyway) apparently everyone else who bought something off him, it has all been sent out............. ...now i can put money on those people who bought items from him to say they havn't received them

imo it doesn't matter the ammount. imagine if someone took a fiver from every active member on here and they all had the approach of "it's only a fiver"

Kevins phone works again, e must be back from holiday. still not answering my calls though

unfortunately i don't know his address mate. If i knew it i would happily go round there on my own, i'm not up for any confrontation - i just want to know why he's f**ked me about..and of course get my handle bars

The dispute ended with no reply from him but he had cleared his funds so i didn't get my money back! I'm still annoyed as he has my money and clearly isn't going to send the bars or refund my money. I feel sorry for the guy who said he bought a frame of him It was said he went on holiday, once he is back i will continually ring his mobile number until he answers. good times,

i Seriously cannot believe the reply's your posting. You sticking up for (or trying to) someone who has taken money from another member and not done anything about it, or even attempted to do anything about it for 3 months! He had the money to pay for postage, his fault if he didn't use that to post off the item. He is a total asshole for not having the decency to keep the buyer informed of whats going on. What an absolute to$$er. Perhaps, instead of sticking up for this cock, you could provide the buyer with his new house number via PM so that he can ring him and get it sorted!

personally i think that once the issue has been resolved. then yes - he should be blacklisted. Not only because he hasn't given the money back/sent items ...but has clearly lied to the buyer throughout. all in all i think hes a cock

I'm a patient person, but give them less of my time when i realise they are quite clearly lying

And continue to explain that once resolved - if he still hasn't sent it out he will be banned from the site.

yes you are correct does not matter if it is front or rear just that the lockring may be on the inside unless you go for a tensille

personally i find inches better as i can relate it back to my hieght.. say a 40 inch tap and im 5 ft 10 or 70 inchs which means i can like relate back to my height and generally you measure height in inchs... also with gaps inchs is good as if ou dont have a tape measure you can just walk it out foot by foot as i know my shoe is around 12" so therefore i can ruffly work out the distance... just easyer to guess i guess

cheers gus so many good ideas there.. this is almost motivating me to ride.. i actually want to go out on my bike.. but the weathers shit... typical! i like the idea of setting challenges sounds like it could keep me entertain for hours as im the sort of person who wont give up until i make it : cant wait to ride now... also new spots, now i can drive im sure i will be scooting off to random places with my bike and stuff cant wait lets just see if i feel the same when im on my bike cheers guys

yeah i can see where your coming from and i dont see myself quiting in the near future i enjoy it to much. it just i wondered if anyone had been in the situation and has a quick way to enjoyment again.. i used to ride everyday and love it more and more but now m mind is elsewhere... and im not even medium standard pretty shite to be honest!
