Nobody is going to "valid" you. If you're asking to be validated. Make good, helpfull and well spelled and worded posts and you'll be validated in no time.

In-corrector. I wore there shin pads for abit. To be frank, they sucked compared to my nike ones.

They don't stretch alot. It will be that they're bedding into the rim/hub flange.

The o-ring (or whatever they're called.)things are removeable? Aslong as the middle bit of it is the same size it'd be ok? Just make a larger o-ring.

Ever thought about making hs33 backings where the V-posts could pop straight into them? Could be better for production. Re-selling the would also be easier too.

Use an engineer's square to get it squared and use a metal rule with stanley knife to make sure thatthey are cut straight.

Alans is only £2 providing you buy spokes etc. Winshitleys is free? I think. I'm pretty sure there is a few places out there for free.

Probably two. Do they only charge as it takes time to build? Most BMX companies offer wheelbuilding for free.

They'll have the right length spokes. Be sure to add a wheel build to your basket though.
