  1. Them don't make them anymore, but if you can get your hands on one do so.
  2. I attend the gym 4 maby 5 times a week. I am a fan of the bench which we all know is used for building the pectoral major (pecs). I find that having the bench flat 'tears' more fibres towards the side of the muscle rather than the middle. I have been told that the incline bench press 'tears' muscle more the the centre of the chest. I have been training using the incline bench press technique for around 5-6 weeks now and i am not seeing any results. Can anyone give me any advice/training tips?
  3. Try 'Pause roling', You basically kick as if you were trying to get into a wheelie position and let it roll. When you start to loose balance press the break. Repeat in quick succession and you have youself a pause roll. This 'move' should help to improve balance in general and the initial 'move' can be adapted and changed into a static trick.
  4. Give it time, you will adapt to suit how your bike rides. Practice, Practice, practice.
  5. Dont let it put you off dude, you'll be fine when your back.
  6. When you start to progress, (especially with gapping) you will find that your gears will start to slip resulting in a skip. Save your self a lot of hastle and get single speed. If you can't, at least take 'lock it out'.
  7. We watching the same video?

  9. 90 degree tap? I dont know the correct terminology for it.
  10. Not a bad effort at all to be fair. You seem to have the 'moves, you just need to work on your style.

  13. ''But 9 Blue pallets is perfectly do-able. Back in the day Cls was doing it on't warm up. Danny.'' Yeahhhhh, go on a ride drop your bag and casually fly up 58.5'' like its normal. Twat.
  14. Judging from your most recent video Danny, i'd say ''bollocks''. 9 blue pallets on the other hand fair play although you must have a rocket rammed up your arse
  15. I switched from mod to stock a few years back, i found it the best decision of my trials career. Everything seems loads smaller and i just seemed to improves at 3x the rate i did on a mod, weather it was a phsycological block in sense of progression i dont know, either way round i got better ! I would also recommend a lower bb bike to start off with, i started with a pure and it got me far. Hope this has helped. Thanks, Mike.
  16. Could'nt have put it any better myself
  17. Halfords foam grips, £5 for 4 pairs, cant go wrong.
  18. Practice basic moves, pause hops, back hops and balancing on the back wheel. Another bit of good advice is to attend rides but not to watch! Participation leads to progression at any level. Mike.
  19. If i were you i'd keep the stock. You will find it much easier to get back to the level you were at before you stopped and you will also find it much easier to progress. When i switched from mod to stock i also found that back pains and strains became pretty much non existant, which is a bonus Mike.
