dnt use a bag, phone in 1 pocket wallet in other does me fine if anything goes wrong just find a bike shop n wip out the wallet lol. used to carry like ma whole tool kit with me. cba no more if it breaks it breaks basically

take some deep heat with you wil help for a little while if the pain isnt too bad

get a trials course in you back garden then more thn likely there will be people around nearly finished mine now

dnt be such a tart and live with it lol only jkin as stated you learn when your gonna come off etc. i have seen people with some like thin soft back books down the back of football sockx to help protect bak of legs??? if you try it let me kno how it goes

hi i have just got a new back wheel and it has a really heavy grind and is wearing my pads very quickly what pads would you all recommend that are good for braking but last long with the heavy grind? thanks matt

hi all i have just purchased some echo hubs and spokes and got some neon rims for free but don't like them to be honest. anyway i need them built and so far i have been quoted £50 for them to be built. thats a little steep i think so i thort ide ask you lot on here if you know anyone that can do it for me for a cheaper price... if you can or do know anyone then can you please contact me on 07747440766-luke. i wont be able to get to a computer for a while so mobile is the only way. cheers

get the identiti i had a kona shred it was absolutley rubbish. the only thing that i kept the same was the seat post and frame everything else i had to replace, i spent soo much money on it and sold it for £325 2 weeks ago. wouldnt recommend a kona to anyone!!

Hi, instead of getting a public park where it will proberly get ruined by Chavs why dont you speak to some local companies and see if they have any old or spare wood or pallets you could have and build one on your own property, that is what me and luke (fox355) have done in my back garden got a few pallets from the factories and some wood and built a nice little course and then we can just chjange it whenever we want and wont have anyone else complaining. I will try and get some pics uploaded so you can get some ideas

Hi, i havent been riding long so cant tell you what grips are good but.. i have bought some echo ones and they are rubbish! they do not last very long at all they are just crumbling and become really slippery.
