check your mirrors all the time and really make a point of it by turning your head, watch how close you are to the car ahead and remain extemely calm, make conversation even if its an ignorant get in the passenger seat, it will allow your mind to go into autopilot, that way you dont over concentrate. my ten cents from my experience. good luck mate.

arguing is part of life! if you have a strong personality then you can't resist voicing your opinion! i do agree that people should reply in depth as opposed to "twat" etc but as someone said earlier "the average age of people on this forum dictates what kind of content appears in arguments" i, however, have no excuse, i am 23 and a childish, argumentitive twat! stop being a hippy, spreading peace and love! :kiss: voice your opinion, its your right as an englishmen! btw, i got my first warning the other day in nearly 3 years of membership and i was totally gutted, sad eh?

presuming you ride a mod and your rear tyre is wider than front, you may have an incorrect tube in the rear! i don't recall any of my tube valves for 2.5" tyres only pertruding by 1cm, take out the rear tube and check its a 2.3/5 as opposed to an over inflated standard tube. just a thought, i may be wrong!
