Sometimes its best not to true the wheel, because it may weaken it? and bearings are easy to get hold of

if you get a new one put an electronic tag in it so if the police find it they scan the tag and it will have the owners details......

have a look on tartybikes - they sell decent onza's n stuff at good prices, like the onza t comp etc.

hi, about shoes, you could just buy some pretty decent skate shoes as they offer quite good protection etc etc....

hi, try takin the spanner once it is mounted and put a pole around it and pull , it may work if it doesnt dont pull really hard because it may pull threads out of the crank arm...
