Agree with you there, I never see what's the fuss about them. They are sooooooo plain! I had a friend who kept telling me he was going to get a strat, which he did in the end but he bought a splattercaster. The ugliest thing I've ever seen in my life!

My GU TP mod had the cut problem with the chain. Only thing I could think of was to move the rear sprocket closer into the hub if possible but I don't know if that would affect your chain line. I have the shallow mounts problem on my echo lite, they are too shallow for booster bolts annd I have to use 3mm of washers to tighten it up. But I would say they are manufacturing defects too, good luck with sorting out the replacement/refund!

Just buy the snail cam bolts from tarty, 98p. They are M5 size which will fit your frame and I don't see why they won't work for your monty cams.

I have been up for nearly 22 hours....trying to finish this project for 10am in 3 hours time. Hopefully I get a pass, otherwise I might have to stay in uni a bit longer.....so probably 28 hours in total before I can go to sleep. My record.

If you are riding trials, it's a good idea to at least have the basic tools listed in the wiki. And if you're going to use the hammer method, hit it as close as possible near the bb on the crank. Hitting it further away near the pedals you might risk bending something.

I'm going to get a complete new chain, this one I have now that came with the whole bike from the previously is getting a bit loose. Another quick question, should I get 1/8" or 3/32" size? It's for a mod, ffw and fixed rear.

Hi, I need to get a half link chain so I can adjust my brakes to the right postition as they are currently pulled right back plus the maggy cyclinders are not square with the rim. If I take a link out of my KMC K-7B chain, the wheel will move forwards too far and brake mounts would end up too far up so I need a half link for it to be perfectly in the middle. My question is which half link chain should I get? Just have front nipples to replace then it will be done after the brake booster comes and sorting out the chain length.
