  1. Google it duuude. You'll definitely find measurements for frames that are popular. Some companies don't release the complete measurements sometimes so you'll have to ask around.
  2. I remember wanting a Skulltrail board just cos you can have 2 CPUs. I had absolutely no use for such monstrosity back then and still don't lol.
  3. Came in the post today! It is spot on to the measurements I gave him! Very nice indeed. Planning to get a second one made already!
  4. Perfect. PM me how to pay? I can paypal! Again thank you so much!
  5. Have you tried another browser to see if it is Firefox? Pretty sure I had something like what you're describing few weeks ago in Chrome but that was graphics card driver related.
  6. Surely it's not very comfortable having a lock bounce around on your hipbone or a bit lower when you're riding?
  7. It's gonna be a ferrule block for a guitar. The block will be fit snug into a cavity on the guitar body, the strings tension will pull the block inwards to the body which will stop it from falling out. Plus it's all one piece so nothing to vibrate.
  8. As long as it looks like this it's all good! By the way what sort of finish does your machines/tools end up with? Quite smooth? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFYHo0mYcvQ
  9. I personally don't care about chips and scratches on the guitar. If it's gonna get played it's bound to happen. But if it's a guitar that has any resale value then I would keep it in mint condition. Planning to fill my ash body with black grain filler, sand it back and hopefully I'll get some nice dark grains showing. I can see the grains are quite deep so should come out quite nice. Then a few coats of Tru-Oil, then satin finish depending on how the tru-oil comes out. Drawing a custom pickguard to suit the hipshot bridge, ol greg1040 is making a ferrule block for me then I think after that I can work on putting my partbanez together. Should be done by end of year. Hope to anyway.
  10. Not sure if you corrected the holes in your post above but the cross section should look like this, the holes go all the way through. The total height is 17mm but looks like you added an extra 2mm so it appears the holes doesn't go all the way through? 2mm of the total height is the thickness of the lip. 5mm diameter holes on the lip side that goes down 7mm and 2mm diameter holes on the non lip side that goes down 10mm. Sorry for the confusion!
  11. Forgot to add, as well as the centre of the holes holes being spaced 10.57mm apart, if you can get them in a line as straight as possible too that'll be amazing. Thanks!
  12. As a seller you pay the fees if he doesn't send as gift. If he sends as gift neither you or him pay any fees but he has no buyer protection that way. Bank transfer he could claim a chargeback from his bank but it's up to the banks to decide his claim. If he's doing it off ebay then he doesn't have much to go by on. As if you went through paypal there would at least be a record of money being sent. Ask for cash? Safest bet for you really. Take the cash and run haha. I'd say use your instincts if you think the dude seems a bit dodgy.
  13. I'm soooo sorry if this gives you a headache! Sorry for my bad terminology too. I only had Google Sketchup to do this with. I'm pretty sure I got all the measurements in there. I decided to go with metric since your tools are in metric. Most important thing is that I need the distance between the middle of each holes to be as precise as you can get to 10.57mm and the centre hole in the centre. The round edge is the edge of a quadrant of a 5mm radius circle. Does that make sense? Ha. If you can't do the round edges just make them square I'll file it down myself. Pleeeeease let me know if I've missed something! And sorry for this bunch of shitty images lol.
  14. What I'm interested in is how that person got both sprocket teeths to match up.

    Yeah she's not in Lima.
  16. Ah sorry been busy last night to finish the drawing. Need to work out some more measurements in inches (I hate inches lol), I should have it done tonight.
  17. Steel is fine, I'll just spray it or paint it to keep it from rusting. Do you want the measurements in inches or mm?
  18. Actually I've finished school, college and uni. But you're not denying so
  19. Greg what sort of materials have you got? What I'm ultimately after is something like THIS but a 7 hole/string version seems impossible to find. I would make one myself but I don't own a drill press to accurately drill the holes. If it's something you can I'll take you up on your offer and maybe get a few more made too. Of course I'll pay the costs etc. I'll start doing the drawings now! Thanks both of you!
