Or they could stop being stingy c**ts and buy some new land, what do you think we do?
  4. I've found supercycles to be fairly good, stuff always comes when it should, ok the service isn't so personal, but if they mess up they sort it out very generously.

    Death

You are aware that Christmas is a religious festival? I'm not too bothered about death, as long as it isn't painful or slow and causes as little as possible trouble for my loved ones I'm happy. Oh and going to be buried in a jewish graveyard. All you guys who are going to be buried for the coming of the messiah are aware that most christian graves are exhumed every 60 years or so to make room for more.
  6. Read the thread, the post above you has that information in it, it is a rohloff, aailable from tartybikes, just about the best tensioner there is.
  7. So how long til you strip the headset...?
  8. Meh, I still think I know too much about these hubs considering I own a king...
  9. You're right fred, but sometimes things move and unseat, so may still go ping. Better safe than sorry, especially if it's your first time opening the hub.
  10. It is a bit harder due to the new sealing system, just pull harder and twist anti-clockwise. Do it over a tray so you can't lose any springs or pawls.
  11. Right, the grease in the hub is thick, it slows the pawls down as they attempt to engage, therefore the pawls will not be as fully engaged when you put the power down, this makes it more likely to skip. Clean out all the grease and put in some thick oil.
  12. Light weight, heading towards 14 stone I am...
  13. Tarty bikes has the one you need, but it's out of stock, try supercycles.
  14. Thankee Tomm, I'll see you there.
  15. I can't find anything on the koxx frame in news, theres something on an onza though...
  16. Loving the vid Adam especially the stoppie turn on the rock at 1:54, like a second Felix. My hope squeals like a piggy, any ideas on stopping it?
  17. I damn well hope it's untouchable, else someone else will get ripped off.
  18. Since we're on the topic, can anyone tell me why mod cranks sometimes come in 158mm? :$
  19. If you want people to read that put in punctuation and paragraphs. Also from what I can bear to read you or your friends destroyed one or more of their jumps and you expect the not too be pissed?
  20. Riding miles on king hubs sharpens up the driverings providing more reliable engagement thats why king recommend XC riding to bed them in.
  21. English too from the looks of it... Sam, the guy was asking if anyone was interested and for them to identify themselves to provide a rough idea of numbers, not for everyone who wasn't interested to say so. Anyway, look cool as.
  22. Theres always the old coke can and loc tite trick, get a coke can and cut it to fit over the tapers, then degrease the bb taper the can and the crank taper, stick a bit of loc tite on the crank bolt and horse it up TIGHT. Or you could buy new cranks.
  23. I have heard of people using seatposts to open their kings up, but it's not something I'd recomend. The way I service my king, and it hasn't slipped in aaaaaagggggeeeesssss, is open up and get most of the crap I can out with a good clean rag, then I get my can of gt85, make a gap between the two driverings and flush it out with the gt85. I use a toothbrush to clean the helix and then I use a hairdryer (or hoover) to dry the insides out. Once they are dry and clean I put in a few drops of finish line wet loob and away you go.
