The thing is the people shopping wight have been because they heard about the hoody bad and thought "lets go take a look". Nothing to do with no-one wearing hoodies really, just publicity. :angry: I actually have no problem with people banning me wearing me hood up in doors. I imagine that the odds of that happening will be something like: (the area of the dart, over the area of the board) X (the magnitude of the varying speeds the dart has to be travelling to actually stay stuck in the second dart over, the varying speeds at which the dart could be travelling[within a certain limit] ) X (the magnitude of the range of forces that the second dart had to hit the first dart to not make it fall out, over all the forces it could have hit the second dart with [again will be subject to limits]) X(the magnitude of the range of angles that the first dart could hit the second dart with to stay stuck, over all the angles the first dart could have hit the dart). This is just a guess, I've never done statistics and I don't have a clue about it really. I just thought I'd take a blind guess. :">

The koxx riders brakes actually don't seem to be that great, watching the videos I see them slip a fair bit. I reckon they make up for the brake by pulling harder and using pedal pressure. :angry:

Yep, the two little black things. (N) Also sometimes, if you have one of the black things removed, then as the bearing rolls the cable cage down it can click. :angry:

Another thing that may cuase a problem is that if you have an xt or xtr lever one of the little widgets may be loose. (The ones that you take in and out to change the feel of the lever.)

I know that theres some people on here who weigh as much as me (13 stone) and use a 160 perfectly happily, however I got a 180, cos I felt my lard arse would need it. :D (Y) In other words, if yer heavy get a 180, if not save the 20 or so grams and get a 160. However a bigger disc will require less power from the rider (marginally) so maybe it would be better to go for that to lessen arm pump if you have trouble with it. :D

So you'd rather they started starving and went out stealing to provide food for themselves? How many times have you thought how terrible it is when someone gets their hand off in some countries for stealing a loaf of bread because they're starving? So we have a benefit system so that these people won't go around stealing 24/7 to stay alive. Now I'm not saying that our system is great but it seems to me to be a shitload better than most systems. :)

The spacers are uneven so that you can tune the bike's chainline. Put the wheel on your bike and see if the chain is roughly in line with the sprocket. If it isn't and is too far over to the right, then switch the spacers round. If you can't get a decent chainline with that set up go get old cassettes of the cheap variety, and remove the pins and use the spacers to get a good chainline. :P
