Good morning ladies and gentlemen, one of my friends plays a taylor 410ce, 2005 model. He however has recently found that gel is leaking from the internal pickups, none of the guitar techs he's seen know what's going on, so I thought I'd ask on here for him... Dave
I went climbing today, go every second sunday, managed a 6C+, and led a 6B, first time I've done a lead, quite scary. If you want to ask me anything feel free, I'm actually looking for some good cheap kit, anyone got any ideas?
Got a mate who changed his first name to his last name, very bizarre. I don't think I'd change my name though, it's part of who I am, I'm happy with me, why would I change it?
The thing in metals that produces magnetism is the number of unpaired electrons in the outer shell of the atoms, gold has very few (can't be bothered to find a periodic table), iron has 5 per atom I believe. The metal detectors are tuned to not detect things like fillings and piercings as much as possible, so in short you will probably get through un beeped.
Well, now being a student and all, the x-230 seem good enough (had a play on a mate's set) and they're cheap at around £30, however if spending an extra £20 or so will make a difference then I will. Daver
Well, I'm fed up with the awful sound coming out of my computer. So I need some advice on pooter speakers. I found the Logitech x-230, which are supposed to be good, but hollow in the middle range. I also was recomended the creative Inspire 2500. I want to listen to musi on them, this will include rock, metal and mozart so they need to be good. Any ideas TF? Ta Daver
Right, the best way I've found of cleaning with muc off is: spray the muc off on fairly liberally, get some on the pads as well, then ride about with your brake on for a few minutes, then wipe off the crap with a clean rag and ride around with the brake locked until it starts working awesomely.
