It's not long since you were complaining how you didn't like you're Zoo and wanted a 20" / Mod. Instead of spending " £400 " on your zoo why don't you buy a Mod ?.. it's just a small idea. Cause if I wasn't happy with my bike due to the size and wanted a mod I wouldn't spend more money on it id sell it at a reasonable price not saying " £1200 spent" cause truth be told I don't think that many people care. I'm not trying to have a go, But it would be an idea to buy a mod seeing as you wernt happy with your Zoo.

I just jizzed in my pant's If Santa wasn't being a basta*rd this year, and not letting my have bike parts that would be at the top of my list.

Right the previous owner of my current frame sprayed it black and I want to take it back to the original my question is what is Deng frames coated with, The raw finish type ones it's a Echo Lite 2007 or 2008 if it makes a difrence.. I was thinking just strip it back to raw, Polish it up and then laquer it. Is this the correct method. Jack

If you have your free-wheel facing downwards so free-wheel is closest to vice, You turn your Crank arm Anti-clockwise. Also it helps if you slide a long pole or something over your crank arm as it's easier to turn to bring your free-wheel off.

Loosen the bolt ever so slightly which holds your lever body & lever blade together.
