  1. I struggled with sidehops, wasn't a fan. But be careful if you keep putting your foot down, cos it gets you into a bad habit? When you actually do go for it and your heads screaming stick your foot down you'll end up with your bash on your toes. It happens! I found practice doing them smooth, start on two wheels, exagerate a preload, hop to back then exaggerate preload again/drop your front wheel slightly n go for it. preloading like a nutter helps you find how much room you have before your tyres up your arse plus it should help when you go bigger?
  2. I'm in if I'm not at work Not rode sheffoiled in abit!
  3. I finish work at 1, and its an hour train ride? But if weathers fine and dandy ill try pop over x
  4. Who you going with man? my mate can't make it that weekend so would be on me tod!
  5. Okay, been on google maps, think I'll be good! Be on me tod though so am I ok to give you a bell carl if I go missing?lol
  6. Been meaning to go for ages, Hopefully I'll be able to get. Might need help gerrin there though!
  7. You've obviously put a lot of hard work into this, and to help get it up and running maybe the idea of people volunteering to help set up/steward/clean up after? (Its hardly going to be festival filthy, but some people just like to drop stuff. ) If possible maybe just turning up earlier/staying after a generally giving a hand? Just an idea.
  8. Sweet ride mate, Im loving the raw look If you wanted a higher front end you could try getting the higher rise onza stem? I had same problem with well short steerer on mine.
  9. Thanks man, yep i've looked after her well been thinking of getting it redone. But not had time or money at uni. If you do make some more, and to anyone wandering, rides like a dream. Glad you pleased with pads mate, can't fault them for that price!
  10. There actually off eBay, Bought 4 sets for 12quid If you run smooth(clean!) rims you can't fault them. My front pair have never slipped. Rears close to spot on, think its my cable thats letting that down though! Hope that helps!
  11. Haha Yes, very much so. The DDG stem is bad enough, but the apollo tyres would have killed my street cred. lol
  12. Couple of extra pics up... Got a new stem, just need to save for some oversized bars. (and yes i need to take out the trash!)
  13. Thanks for replies and comments Yeah i's a one off frame that I luckily managed to grab off him. Although, I've heard through the grapevine that due to 24"s getting popular he was thinking of making a few more? Don't hold me to that Glad no one mentioned the DDG stem!
  14. Pashley Forks Gold Stuff Now finally got rid of ddg stem! Rear Avid Ultimate New pedals, Grips. Re-laced wheels with black spokes and gold nipples! And Bmx pivotal seat! Pretty much as i want it now! After many a year! Any comments suggestions welcome
