Ok well its baically preloading Preload - a preload is when you act as basically a spring , first as you are hoping try bouncing the bike more like a pogo stick for example . after try the gap again but remember to do this and chuck you and your bike onto the obstacle . If you would like to improve all round as it height distance etc , try making your moves more explosive . We all find we do this in the sport , try watching Damon watson, ben lazenby etc They all show preloading by lowering the front and exploding up just like a static jump with a bike attached to you . When you go to jump is another example , you find it hard to jump with straight legs , preload it basically acting as the spring off bending your knees etc Hope that hits the spot Im here all the time if you need anymore help Josh,
