[redneck voice]I got me a textum message maaa... A whole two this year[/redneck voice] Mine 'see you at half 6, bring a proper bike'
-
Here we go: '82 Mayfair 998cc

Sounds good Steve. I am still running my last set of Batch A's with a grind thier whole life (start of heatsink pads?) They're have little left in them hence the PM about some new ones. Always loved the performance and had no problems with them falling off the backings (14 stone and not smooth)
-
Can't wait for the full version, top stuff (Y)
-
Go for the Avid, I just got mine today and its kicked the shit out of any disc I have owned before. 3 people that I ride with bought Hope trials when they were first released and at the minute hope have had one brake returned and 2 of the still unhappy with the brake.
-
With doing that did you not end up with an M4?
-
Its all about finding the balance point and keeping it there. When you bring the bike up bend your knees and keep them bent and keep quite low. Then use your weight to keep you up (moving back and forward of balance point in sexual motion) Use the brake if you must but try without it. This is how I manual, you would be better finding what people like Jon Shrewsbury, Matt Berridge say.

Hey mate, deffo interested in the forks. Add me to msn and I'll talk later. Address in my sig.
-
You would like the non drive side then (Y)" the seats half one colour.

Happy birthday and good lucky with the t-mag (Y)

I always wondered why mods didnt have that after seeing it on some race bmx's.
-
Would be interesting to hear Edd Potts view on this. Im sure some sort of bolt on attachment (like a spider) would be possible.
-
Not great man, it has power and loads of it just no real bite. Doesn't suit my style of riding really. Lookin for an avid or something to replace it.
-
Sorry mate, poor sentence stringing together. I meant non disc frames cant hack it but ones such as brisa and megamo that were designed for it can.
-
Nice one man. :P :P To mini fans
-
Hey Spunky, Im not saying it isn't or trying to be sarcastic or smart but I was under the impression all you needed for anodising was acid, dye and some sort of electric currant and it can be done in your own home. Im wondering does it actually give off dangerous gases as I have seen a 'how to' thing on an airgun forum and was thinking of trying it. Cheers
-
I think Ceaser Canas had one at the bike show. (is that him?) on a monty anyway. Really think its down to personal preference, if i'm right you ride an Alibongo. Frames that weren't designed around a disc (brisa, megamo) usually shit themselves at the first sign of stresses that discs produce. You may like it as there are quite a few people over on OTN that do but it will almost be at the sacrifice of your new frame.

Maxxis are quite stiff tyres. I ran a michelin comp 24 2.5 on a 521 for ages at low pressure and never experianced tyre fold. Give the 2.5 a try first, as I personally believe minions have a nicer tread pattern than high rollers.
-
(Y) Nice one dude, bet your a happy chappy!
-
Yea they'll fit no problem but you may have to run slightly higher pressure to avoid tyre fold. Edit: Damn you (Y)

Like said above, without that money from smokers taxes there would be less funding for NHS etc. I Think they're entitled to it as much as anyone else. Thats like not offering ethnic minorities health care.

How old are you? 18 What made you join Trials-Forum? I got told about it by a mate (endofreak) Are you, or have you been a member of another Internet forum? Yes Which one? MBUK What made you join? Needing assistance as I started mountain biking. How often do you use Internet forums? Trials forum every day. :) Do you use forums specifically for getting answers to questions and discussing relevant topics, or do you use them to chat to friends as well (chit chat)? Bit of both. Have you found yourself sat in front of an Internet forum for more than an hour, sifting through posts just to keep yourself entertained? Yes Have you ever had an Internet forum as a homepage? Yes, this one to save me typing the address. Have you ever had anal sex? Nope :) As a member of an Internet forum, do you feel like you belong to some sort of community? Yes, part of a large network of trials riders. Define the word community in your own words: I would say a community is a group of like minded or people interested in the same activity/goal that work together to help eachother. Do you feel you are a part of a community? (not trials forum) Yes, I feel im part of a trials community in my own country, we have a small scene and seems like we have our own little community.

Two men are playing golf and one asks the other for a light.. He pulls out this rather large lighter from his golf bag and the other man asks where he got that... He points to his golf bag and says he has a genie. So the genie comes out and the his friend asks, can I have one wish because i'm your masters best friend? The genie says sure. The man asks for 1 million bucks... sure enough the genie grants it, the sky darkens the clouds open and .... 1 million ducks fall from the sky. The man says no, I asked for a million BUCKS.. his friend buts in and goes, do you think I asked for a 12" bic. ;) Hideously sad

Thats fine if you want to suffer low download speed and 3 downloads a day. Some of us were here before TS and know how much of a b*****d it is using eengoodidee (sp?). Simon does us a favour and I think your attitude stinks JT. Simon from posts does not want to make people pay. Its the forum members such as myself suggesting it. Trials Shack comes out of his own pocket. How much would you miss say, £2 a month?
