  1. hey guys me and my brother are after an avid front disc brake and rather than spend about £50 each just for the front disc. The cheapest i have seen them for is £45 for a set and was wondering if a rear disc brake will fit on the front and would i have to change the adaptor???
  2. A few of us from Caerphilly/Barry might be riding Swansea tomorrow just wondering if any local riders are up for a ride prob be there for 11:00 or 12:00
  3. Hey I'm still doing trials and have been for 15 years I use to use FSA power pro cranks and went through quite a few of them and frames as well my last old school bike was a Saracen x-ile and was awesome. It took me a while to get use to all the new bits I bought an onza t-Rex as my first proper trials bike and it's was good for getting use to a seatless bike and now I'm riding a 06 zoo pitbull and I got it off the forum for £80 which is a bargain and it's a beauty. If your after a bike to do dirt jumping as well I would say an inspired or the because street like you said it looks like a nice sturdy frame
  4. cheers ben its an awesome frame best buy i ever bought i got the frame for £80 and took all the parts off my T-Rex as i prob wont be going back to that now lol
  5. it is very light and made a huge difference to me .I had a onza T-Rex before that and with the zoo i can do bigger gaps hop up bigger things and am more confident on the bike overall i wish i decided to do it sooner and not wait 4 years
  6. Hey I just thought i would post some pics of my new bike build i decided to try a different frame other than my heavy t-rex and i gotta admit the my zoo pitbull is an awesome bike i can do so much better stuff on it i wish i did the change sooner and not rode the t-rex for 4 years lol My link http://i1087.photobucket.com/albums/j478/smiffy7909/My%20ZooPitbull%20Build/IMG_0327.jpg http://i1087.photobucket.com/albums/j478/smiffy7909/My%20ZooPitbull%20Build/IMG_0328.jpg http://i1087.photobucket.com/albums/j478/smiffy7909/My%20ZooPitbull%20Build/IMG_0329.jpg

  10. hey guys I'm thinking of building a new trials bike as i feel the bike i have at the moment is a bit heavy. I have a onza T-Rex it was a full bike when i bought it i was just after some input of what a good frame would be to get i have seen a few for sale that i like just not sure what to get
  11. i've got heatsink yellows on a lightly grinded rim and they are amazing
  12. i use heatsink yellows there are expensive when u get the first lot because u get the cnc backings as well but after that u can just get replacement pads but onza citrus pads are good as well if ur on a budget
  13. i use odi grips got them off a shop on e-bay £7 instead of £24 they are really nice grips ive had them for 4 8 months and still going strong. but foam grips are good aswell my brother uses ones off tarty bike only £5
  14. since i put electrical tape round the cylinder it works fine and i put it back together correctly i put it down to the fact that i had them for 3 years
  15. they are the same bolts i have been using since i had the bike i only had problems recently sine i changed the pads
  16. yeh i got the washers on it and the thread is fine i have to tighten the bolts all the way and they are still moving they have only been like this since i put heatsink pads on the rear brake i've had to wrap electrical tape around the cylinder and put the washer back on so it dont move
  17. i've recently gone to a disc brake and i have a onza T-Rex and i like it i got the 185 mm one a clarks s2 from chain reaction and i prefer it to the hydraulic rim brake i was using http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=47543
  18. hey i wonder if anyone can help me i have an onza T-Rex and i have magura brake clamps on it but the dont stop the brakes from moving anymore. What are the best clamps to get or is there anyway i can fix them i was looking at the tnn clamps on tartybikes as my brother uses them for his zoo but they dont look very strong. I even tried the offset tensile clamps and the dont stop the brakes from moving either http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?product_id=10956&category_id=74
