Nahh, the try all H wouldn't work. Its a fixed hub (meaning you screw a sprocket onto it.) so you would propably need new cranks to get a front freewheel. You need to look at the 'freehubs' section on tartybikes.co.uk But I really recommend that you do NOT get a deng hub (zoo, echo, adamant etc etc) unless your dentist is really well trained.

Duel pull - both pads move Single pull (most brakes on the market) - one pad moves whilst the other is static and this also slighty flexes the rotor. Wow just realised I have posted afew replies not being a complete titwank to anyone.

The onza brakes are really good as they are duel pull (both pads move, rather than one). Get new rims, bars, stem and forks and you are game, mate. You can use double freewheel, if you dont really want your teeth. The engagment is utter crap. You could use a front 18tooth freewheel and I think (correct me if I am wrong) oddesy make 12tooth freewheel. But you would have to get a new hub aswell.
