They are brand new clamps,I will give it a file and see sure.i did wrap a bit of electrical tape around to try and get the gap abit tighter but no good

Sleep and good food is a big help! I am 33 and broke my shoulder lately so as you do sitting around eat shit food makes you realise how important it is to stay active! it very is to get into the lazy way but hard to get out of it for me anyway haha

Cycling ireland didn't even know what trials was till I rang a few months ago asking about an international licence.

Hi, trying to to get a bit of a ride going on here for maybe September. there is loads of natural stuff here that has never been ridden and there is only about 10 riders in the country so trying to get riders over. the spot is in doolin in co Clare on the west coast.there is Shannon airport about 40 mins. At the spot there is a campsite right beside it and pubs too so it's all good for night life. i think at the minute about five riders are coming but why not post it here and get a few more!!

Hi, sorry if if this is in the wrong part of the forum first off. i am doing the full season next year Hopefully but have never competed.there isn't a competition here in Ireland.i am not sure what category to enter or what I need to work on over the winter. it is a big investment coming over so I would hate to enter the wrong category and go back disheartened . has anyone got any pics or videos or sections so I know what I am up against. thanks !
