In simpleton terms. I have a w910i. I put a crack in the screen, with the "bleeding" occuring on the screen. I rung o2, told them. They said it wasnt covered under the warranty? and that i had to buy a new phone? wtf? I want them to fix it:S, ill pay for the repair lol. Why do i have to buy a new phone
