Yep had mine been back for reapir twice..and the battery life is just shocking. Lucky if i get 15 hours out of it. has to be a 3 phone people. Sim wont work in anything but.

Bascially, Ive got a 6280, had it for like 13 months..got 5 months left on my contract. Ive just sat on it..and f**ked the screen. I dont have insurance and all that jibber jabber. and the phone is shit, i actually hate it. Was wondering if anyone had an old spare 3 mobile phone lying about, that they have no use for and that i could take off there hands. After my car getting kicked in im kinda out of pocket..hence me needing it for free. I dont care how old it is..just need something to do the job for a few months. Willing to pay postage costs.. Dave, On average i must see 25 Pro photogrpahers everyday, and its pretty split.. Its 50/50 canon/nikon Everyone either has a 1d or d2x.

LOL, yes a magazine will buy an exclusive..meaning they are the only people to have that set of photos. No one else had photos of that person/event..whatever. Thats totally different. It would be stupid if mbuk bought the rights to the photo, because..its not like there is gonna be any other mags out there that would want the photos..and they will only use the photos once, as a feature thing..they wont be used again.

Right...i maybe completly wrong..but this is how i understand it (Bearing in mind i do this for a living) If someone buys a photo from you, they dont own the rights to the photo. They couldnt then sell it on elsewhere..They are just paying you to use your photo. Not buying it off you completely.
