okay so... i snapped the shoulder part of my rear axle bolt today... but when i looked on tarty, i couldnt find a new bolt! The rear hub is a zhi, and i dont know what the thread pattern is. just wondering if any of you guys know where i can find a rear axle bolt that is fairly thickish... not like a pro 2 design one. i can take a picture if this helps to understand what kind of bolt it is. i have searched but cannot find a topic like this. cheers, Sam
  4. yes i know what your saying, but the levels of radiation when it happened were rediculous!! so i think the levels must still be fairly high in that area, more than other places at least. all i can say is i would never ride there lol
  5. i thought that place was still extremely radioactive due to the nucleur power station explosion!!!!!!! yeah! if you come into contact with it your more likely to develop abnormalities in your cells and get cancer
  6. rag is better than toilet roll it doesnt put bits of the paper everywhere
  7. to clean it, i have used paint thinners on my rim grind before, just to get all the brake fluid off. it works okay
  8. some indian guy came out of his shop with a mop and stood there watching us.. and after one of my mates did sommat, the indian guy said( with indian accent) "oooooooooo very gooooood " i gues it was one of those moments where you had to be there but it was hillarious
  9. i have never used grease in my cranks and bb threads, and never had a problem

  12. go on youtube.. and type in "bleed hs33 with water" i know that i have seen a video on this before on youtube, just look through the videos and you will find one
  13. i spose i am fairly smooth, and yes i do rim it some times, e.g. when you are on the edge of something. i have only been riding near a year but have advanced very quickly ( so my mates say) LOL
  14. i recently bled my magura, and i used the royal blood. i did it twice to make sure i got a good bleed. i have no problems with it, and it is not spongey at all! i wouldnt bother using water, just use the royal blood and make sure you get a good bleed.
  15. even though i run a low pressure.. its perfectly fine and i weigh about 10 stone
  16. wow everyone is running psi over 20! im running like 15 in the rear and 19ish on the front!!
  17. i know that it is the land owners grounds, i didnt mean to like turn up and ride it when you want, i just ment like to turn up to the comp, not compete and just have a play that way
  18. exacally what i said, and works perfectly fine
  19. i have rode here before, but i went with a motorbike trials group, and i was the only one riding a pushbike trials haha! its a great place to ride, and you can make all of your own lines on anything there. i stayed for the weekend and it was an amazing time. i would deffinatly recomend people to ride here, even if your not going to enter the comp.
  20. this happened to me on my old frame, but i drilled through my frame. put a long bolt through the clamp and through the frame and then double bolt the end of it. works perfectly and its a more permanent fix
  21. i set a evo 2 up for my mate, and i didnt bother with the QR. i just found a spare bolt, put it in where the QR bolt should go, and tightened it up like normal mount. also instead of using the evo2 boosters, my mate put a trialtech 2 bolt booster on the top bolts ( the ones that do not go into the frame) . i found this alot more easier. and the brake worked very well!
  22. i use 661 shin pads with built in knee pads. they are good as they protect you from the pedals hitting you but also if you fall off and hit your knees on the ground the only problem with them is there are kind of restrictive and do move around my leg occasionaly.
  23. okay then mate, let us know when you found out
