double disks are fine, but be carefull not to land on them!! they only get contaminated if you are a bellend and dont take the pads and wheel out when you bleed them! double disks have good hold, but rear maggie has better bite on rear, and still has a great hold. i would go for rear maggie, with either a hope or bb7 disk on the front end of the day its personal preferance

i had not touched an energy drink for over a month before i found of my heart rate... aparently if you are very active and always doing something, you resting heart rate is lower than a normal person, and the exercising heart rate is higher also. im sure im not just the only one on this forum that will possibly have a heart rate close to or over 200bpm when they intensly exersise. i know what you are saying is right about it increases your heart rate, but not about the energy drink increased it when i tested mine. cheers lol

when i do extremely hard exersice, i can get my heart rate up to 210bpm. thats without drinking an energy drink. my resting heart rate is 73bpm.

ive drank prity much every type on the market, in every flavour availiable in the UK, plus a few from america. i also managed to find, rockstar 710ml screw top cans, and a 1litre bottle of the purple rockstar im sad ino, but everyone thats seen the cans think it looks cool lol try the monster shot... have the same effect + taste better too

fair point. i was going for the more simpler type of freewheel lol i wasnt arguing that people should listen to me. i was giving my opinon, my point of view. prawls... now thats just nit picking, so what i cant spell. take the piss out of a person in a wheelchair, its the same principle. the experiance i have had with freewheels and cassets are what my opinion is based on. i was messing around with an echo proto-type freewheel, and the teeth were so small to increase the amount of engagments, that it skipped constantly. if im not aloud to express my point of view and experiance... then neither should you.

i know they dont im not dumb i know kings inside and out! as i was saying... if he buys freewheels and they skip (different convo to the king)... the more engagement points they have, means the teeth are smaller for the prawls to grab onto. therefore if he buys a lower engagment freewheel, the teeth are bigger, so more for the prawls to bed into.

his is not like yours.... the tpa wheel has got stuck on the pin. not the whole tpa coming out the lever. the tpa or the pin threads are damaged in some way, which has caused it to get stuck

when this happened to me... i got a adjustable spanner onto the flat part of the pin... and got a pair of grips on the tpa wheel, and just kept forcing it to turn. you could also use thin nose pliers maybe?

dont get a king... my mates have had some and they skip all the time, serviced or not. go for a lower engagment freewheel... a tensile 60 maybe... has bigger teeth for the prawls to bed into
