  11. Hey guys, I have been looking at some good brakes, and im stuck between a few, but my question is: Is an Avid SD7 vee brake powerfull, good bite etc? I like the Shimano XTR alot! but this Avid is cheap, and my uncle has told me that shimanos are hard to set up and break alot, and that avid sd7's are good. So any opinions? Does it break to easily, is it strong? can it last a long time? With the right pads is it loud! What are good pads to use it with? Thanks alot! Kieran(Y)
  12. Erm, why did you censor the word "God" Is it safe to ride it? The next one you buy grind it and sand the side thing down, it wont crack, you prob won't know what i mean, but ask on here!
  13. Em, i have tar and a grind and it is brilliant! never let me down and a brilliant hold and bite! Why never both? It just over powers your brake EDIT: This looks absolutley amazing man!! But the next time you paint it, you have to do it purple, it would be super-lush!

  18. I wouldn't angus, i think you would be better off with the try-all croco's. Just get a grind.
  19. £20 for heatsink reds, 2£25 for heatsink yellows and £25 for the new ohatpads, better getting the phattys because they are great on smooth rims...in the rain!!
  20. Onza rip 2010 is pretty descent, or the bird, birds probably a better idea as it has a 19" rear wheel. Onza's are good starter bikes!!
  21. Heatsink reds, heatsink yellows <--the best!, or the new phatpads. They sound pretty good!
