Try setting it up again. Make sure the pads draw into the middle of the caliper when the lever is pulled, then. Put the caliper onto the disc in the right place and pull the lever to clamp the caliper against the disc and cable tie the lever to your bars to lock the caliper in place. Then, spend a bit of time getting the exact right spacers to fit between the caliper and the brake mount on the forks/frame. Fit them and tightened the bolts up. It took me a few attempts to get it mine right, it needed different sized spacers for the top and bottom bolts, to get it to sit in the right place after it was tightened up. But I'm glad I took my time to got it right, I pretty much just have to lean my finger againt the lever and it locks the front wheel SOLID! HOPE RULES! Trial to Live---Live to Trial
