might need some grips mate!! looks awsome bud!
  2. nice echo trials bike mate

  3. Your also putting added stress on your chain which is causing it to be more likley to snap. OUCH
  4. Good stuff dude, One thing, dont let go of your back brake to early when you are abouts to take off on a gap (you roll backwards). Looks like your abouts to go over the bars everytime. Keep up the good work!
  5. IS it easier to gap further on a mod than a stock? or is it all down to set up and technique?
  6. No ive never used smooth, sometimes the knotches were too big and i couldnt get the right positioning on the wheel. Well hopefully these will be ok.
  7. Yeh maybe, The biggest gripe i have with snail cams is iv used loads of them and never really had decent tension in my chain as they all keeped moving! But ill give these ones a go and if they dont work then ill try the 74kingz. Cheers
  8. Correct!! That was going to be my next question!! Echo TR it is then! Cheers Big Ears
  9. Brilliant thanks guys! Which would you recommend? Gusset or the Echo TR??? they r 2 different types of tensioners surley one must have an advantage??
  10. Hi Guys, Just wondered if anyone could direct me to the best 20" chain tensioners? However i set my backwheel up, My tensioners, However tight i do up my bolts, and however tight i make my chain, my wheel always moves and chain goes slack??!! Im currently running snail cams but they seem Sh*t. All help is appreciated Thanks Caswell
  11. What are the Coust pads like? Better on a grind or smooth??? Caswell
  12. I may be looking to far into this! But I know by being a stronger person you can obviously generate more power, its not all about legs, its about core stability too. Practise something called the plank. Look it up on the internet. Also press ups and sit ups, there is much more you can do but im just saying basics. However as much as it is about power its about technique. Watch some videos of TOP riders who gap miles for fun, I would say TRA is a good example, watch how he pre loads and how he shifts his weight as he takes off, also what he does whilst in the air and landing? After doing all this, hopefully you will be able to gap as far as before using less power meaning you will be able to go further using more power! How old are you??
  13. No, i was only told to do the threads
  14. Okey dokey will do, pain in the ass because everything is brand new! cranks, BB, freewheel and pedals! must be one of them!! hopefully not a crack, but i couldnt see any!!
