or alternatively get a snake

it wasnt nicks but i'll look for that too and it wasnt the koxx mods & stocks....this was one rider there MAY have been another part in the same video, or it could be another one....he jumped up onto a rail (going up some stairs) to keep his balance at a few points going up, he took his foot off and threw it in the opposite direction?! if that makes sense

buy a new hose* - its cheap

as i read someone say just recently on this site "help us help you" !!! i thought that concept was a little obvious by ah well, youre really going to have to give a little more infomation than that.....so, other than 'unstable' (whatever thats refering too) does it feel too long/too short? have you tried changing your stem/bar setup? (even moving them forwards/backwards) which moves feel unstable, and in what way? what exactly are you hoping to gain from a new frame? obviously everyones views on here obviously differ, some will love/hate the ICE for some reasons, some will love/hate the ZOO. does that make sense?
-
joking aside....a water spray!? its ok to do, and stops them doing quite a few things over time
-
how do YOU find the ZOO....?

What Are Front Free Wheels And What Are The Benefits?

there was that thread i posted just before that has been and past.... the sticky would end up saying something like this: ffw - if you can afford it, get an echo sl....if you cant, save for one freehub - chrisking, profile or hope pro2 other than what was already discussed in that thread and numerous other times...what else is there to point out? -
cheers, im not wanting to keep them shiny or pristine....only wanting them to not corrode, they looked a mess with half the paint off so its already a huge improvement! think im going to just give them a decent clean then a laquer and maybe reapply every now and then, but for some other parts (half considering polishing an hs33 body) i'll go down that route
-
amazing! loved it.... what are you riding?! i cant quite make it out
-
no no...well i dont thing, it wasnt how i remembered it! i meant the rail has a 90 degree turn in the last few metres of it...he makes that, then wheelies off the rail... it was a nice sunny day in that clip if that also helps
-
cant remember who it was...but he wasnt from the uk?! in it was the longest ride along the top of a rail ive ever seen....had some other big stuff in, but that was what stood out for me. the rail was to the left (from the cameramans pov) of a path and had plenty of bends in it, finishing on a 90 degree turn and a little wheelie off....

id like to know if i should treat the metal to anything, spray it with anything to stop any rusting/corrosion or anything else that may happen?! if it matters, its the pedals ive done...and obviously they will be put through some abuse...
-
yes, you release the back brake and kick...not doing so will result in going backwards -
-
if anyone was curious to see...

on the back of my fourplay i ran with tnn belays, cnc backings with a light grind on trialtech rims.... the addition of the tensile fourplay improved the braking for me no end! it was far too flexy beforehand, id recommend it to anyone

angle grinder and some skills....whether the heat would mess up the metal/braking who knows...,
-
correct me if im wrong...but did i read somewhere that the law actually specifies which side the brakes go on?! (depending on where you are obviously)

theres probs 4 or 5 of us who live in, and regularly ride in edinburgh... theres plenty of places to stay...if youre looking at hostels just google it and find one that likes bikes main spots:- bristo square (as mentioned)...bit of an iconic alternative skate/bmx scene area george square...just down from bristo square towards the uni outside the parliment...lots of great stuff to ride, ideally need a weekend so security isnt there st giles...its a nice little wall/steped area the art gallery on the mound (aka the cake)...youve seen it in the danny vid of course sheraton...nice flat area with things to play on around the sides the vid i made a while back has alot of these spots within it, and should be easy enough to recognise, have a nose: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61007549&v=app_2392950137#!/video/video.php?v=693863131171

if you can do 7 you are well on your way adjusting the bike will involve adjusting your body position ever so slightly, so try not to think about it too much. the two things i found most helpful were: 1. i made the hops a little smaller than i was previously, keeping them more controlled and tryign to keep the hop as a whole body movement 2. i got comfortable with being very close and past the balance point (going forward). by that i mean i practiced going too far and having to bail. when i knew that i could bail with ease, confidence grew and the rest is history! now working on pivoting on it.....

nonsense....this may be thinking waaaay out the box but... if you felt a need to ask a question about any organised trials rides, you could post a topic in the new members chat refering to it? the ONLY down side to being 'stuck' in the new members section in my opinion is the lack of buying/selling
